Took it to Gabe and he repaired it quickly and seamlessly for an extremely reasonable price. Cannot recommend him enough. “I highly recommend Richard and Amani at the Bossier City Kay Jewelers. I took my wedding ring in after I lost a diamond. Richard was very friendly, and he was able to answer all of my questions. He also found a chip in another diamond which was covered under my warranty. I received emails during the repair process. When I went in to pick up my ring, Amani assisted me during the process. I do like that they identify you when picking up your jewelry. 5-stars for both employees!”

I called to get an estimated price beforehand so I would know about how much it would cost. The staff were very nice and professional over the phone. I went to Balentine so they could look at my rings and I really enjoyed the service and professional assistance that was given.
