I was there visiting my SO a few weeks back, the apartments are really nice my only issues were the security gates never worked and the constant smell of weed and....nobody knows how to park!

The apartments are amazing, easily a five. My only complaint is that the gate to enter needs to stay shut- it was open for almost a month, which sort of defeats the point of it being a gated community.

My husband and I had a great experience with Jamestown! The apartments we lived in were spacious, well cared for, and felt very safe. The staff overall were very helpful and friendly, even helping us out by letting us use the clubhouse as a wedding reception venue when our original plans fell through last minute! Brittany was especially helpful to us with anything we needed! Maintenance requests were always dealt with quickly and the grounds are well cared for. It was also near Barksdale AFB, which was important for us. We have recommended Jamestown to our friends looking for apartments in Bossier!

I just finished up my move into Jamestown Pl apartment. I’m thankful for the office staff who helped me with all the details and verification to get me qualified for residency.Michelle, Braelin, and Britney thank you so much you made the process a lot less stressful. It was so nice to have a team to work with in getting everything finalized.Thank you ? ??

If I could give this place no stars I would. Not only did this place discriminated against me, but lied to keep me from moving in. I want to say that I don’t recommend anyone to waste your time or money at this apartment. The assistant manager “Brittney” was very rude to me, my mother, and godfather. While she was suppose to be assisting me in finding a new place, she made it impossible to communicate with her. For example, she would talk over me, hang up before I could finish talking, and was hesitant to answer questions when I needed help with my application. A day after doing my application she emailed me to tell me I was denied because I didn’t make three times the rent. (Also we asked if the person moving in had to make three times the rent and she told us no) She didn’t even offer to tell me about other apartments that may be close in my price range, but instead hung up in my face. When I called to ask her about it, she continued to be rude to me and my mom. We then decided to call corporate, but to our dismay the woman working for cooperate was rude and also a racist as well. At that moment I decided it would not be a good fit for me. To anyone trying to find an apartment, I do not recommend Jamestown. Me just applying for the application was stressful enough, I couldn’t imagine living there for a couple months to a year. Please do yourself a favor and find a new complex with assistants/managers who is willing to assist you and don’t discriminate against other races.

Well, let me start with the property Senior Property Manager "Michele Floyd ". She is the best! She goes out of her way to help and satisfy anyone who walks through the front door. We love the staff and property very much. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

I have lived in Jamestown for 2.5 years now, and it’s been a joy to live here. The residents are nice, the property manager, Michele, assistant manager, Brittany, and leasing agent, Braelynn are really polite and accommodating. Michele is nothing but polite and will fix a situation immediately when it comes to her table like she has done me in the past. Brittany is a big sweetheart and a very understanding person, she wants nothing but to help you with anything you need. Braelynn, she is nothing but polite and is very hardworking with anything that comes to her. My advice for those wanting to rent an apartment. Jamestown place is the place to go.

Wonderful staff and a beautiful property!! I didn't end up picking this complex to rent from because of the location, but I absolutely recommend them. Brittany and Braelynn went above and beyond for me and wished me good luck in my apartment hunt!

Two kids were told that they’d be arrested for trespassing just because they were trying to swim with a friend. Worker was super disrespectful about it. I’d never live somewhere that doesn’t want children having a good time.

They are so fun and welcoming here. The quality of living is more than worth is. The front office is AMAZING. Tiffany helped us throughout the entire way. The approval was even quick. I’ve never stayed in an apartment, but for this to be my first one, they set the standard of how things should be. They are the best!

My cousin and I went to view the property a couple of weeks ago. When we walked in we were offered snacks and drinks. Brittney was the leasing agent we worked with and it was a wonderful experience. She answered all our questions. She also showed us the club houses, pools and 2 model apartments. She even gave suggestions of ways to toddler proof the apartment. The property was very clean and quiet. There were several officers living on the property which added to the feeling of safety for my baby and I. Brittney was a wonderful leasing agent and we really enjoyed our experience. I will update my review once I experience actually living on the property.
