I messaged Chip yesterday asking when I could come by to reduce the poundage on my Compound bow he said: Tomorrow, of course.I have not picked up my bow in a couple years after a shoulder injury. Chip tweaked my sights and lowered my poundage.Lastly I spent about 30 minutes trying sight in, I asked Chip to help, I shot once and he made one adjustment. Voila the Hoyt is ready to do damage.Hoot and Holler Archery, Bossier City LouisianaFriendly, First Class Knowledge and Personable! What more could you ask for

Two weeks ago we ordered an left handed bow for my son for his birthday. We called today to inquire about the status of our order. When we called the person in the store was rude and inconsiderate when asked where it was and why it hasn't come in yet. We told them we came to them because it cost us less to get it through them than it was to order it elsewhere. The man in the store then said ,"well why do t you order it somewhere else!" If you are going to treat your customers like that then you can expect to lose customers. We have decided to ask for our money back if it's not in by the end of the business day and go to another store that has it in stock. Would rather get it from a local store than a big chain store but with the way customer service is towards new customers I will ensure that I tell others that plan on going there not to and get there archery supplies elsewhere.

Great people. Great bow shop. We've been buying and servicing our bows here for a couple years. Chip and his wife are some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people you'll ever meet. Why go to a big box store to get help from an "employee" that knows nothing about your equipment when you can shop local and get expert advice. It's a no brainer!

I had bad experience with a Crossbow purchase there on a Friday afternoon and in spite of all my attempts to get my issues resolved, I was treated very unprofessionally , rude, and the owner did his best to make a scene in front of a store full of customers. I'm an exclusive bow hunter for over 30 years and have always bought locally so if I DID have a problem, or need help I have an expert in my corner.. So rather than save $140 on Amazon I when to H&H and paid more to support local and have someone to answer questions. Over the weekend I found this bow to be an un-reliable, inconsistent shooter at longer distances and I suspect some if it was scope, some in set up, and it appeared, on close exam at home, that it might be a used or returned item for a number a reasons. (maybe someone else had problems with it too???) So Monday I took it back and tried to express my concerns but the owner became "Deeply Offended". Acting out would be a nice way to explain it. My intentions where to either have it rechecked the setup or trade up to a better, more reliable model. I apologized at more than one occasion but asked him to allow me to explain why I suspected it was not new but he would not hear my concerns. He must have been having a bad day and was not nice about it at all. I asked for a refund at that point and he said He would refund my money and never wanted to see me in his store again. Had he handled my concerns he would still have a customer, more money, his self respect, and I would have had a better Crossbow..
