horrible customer service answered the phone and had customer on speaker phone. made fun of the elderly lady on the phone in front of customers who could also hear the lady. unprofessional. dismissed by a ...you can go now after a transaction. no thank you Lowe's here I come

3:36 pm today. Had a cart of supplies today and ended up in plumbing where I needed assistance. Nobody around as usual. Abandoned my cart and went to Lowe's. I refuse to beg people to take my money. If you want my business, act like it.

My wife & I bought a dishwasher from the Home Depot in Bossier City, LA.. Home Depot delivered it but they said we had to call the plumbing company they use to set an appointment to have it installed. Ten days later the plumbers installed it, my wife was there but I was out of town. They did not turn the dishwasher on to see if it worked and my wife assumed a new, just out of the box, dishwasher from GE would work. I got home that night, turned it on, but it would not function. I tried everything, according to the manufacturer's instructions, to make it work but it wouldn't. My wife and I go back to the Home Depot in Bossier City, LA., where we purchased it, and after going through several personnel there, we received a refund. This took about 45 minutes! We were told that we would receive a call from their department that handles pick ups but we didn't receive a call. I called Home Depot back and was told again that someone would call us to arrange a pick up. We didn't. After two weeks I went back to their appliance department and a lady there set up the pick up, in her computer, while I was there and was told, again, that we would receive a call from them, to arrange a pick up. One week later we received a call to arrange this. They sent two guys to my home, on a Saturday morning, and they said they would be at my home within 30 minutes. Two and a half hours later they showed up. They came in, saw that my dishwasher was installed and told me that their company had "messed up" by not informing them that the dishwasher was installed because they were expecting it to be uninstalled and ready to pick up and that they were not authorized to uninstall it! What? I was livid to say the least! They told me I needed to call Home Depot back to send someone back out to disconnect it and pick it up! I called Home Depot Monday morning and had to leave a voicemail for a return call so I left a brief message about what my call concerned. Whenever I didn't receive a call back by Wednesday mid day I went back to the store and met with the lady that I had dealt with previously. I asked her why she had not returned my call from Monday and she told me that she had been off Monday and Tuesday. She was very apologetic and she made some calls to their pick up department and assured me that I would receive a call within two days to arrange a pick up. I did and arranged the pick up. It took 6 weeks from the time we first instigated a pick up request, for the same two guys, that had previously came out on Saturday, to arrive to pick up our dishwasher...finally! We will never buy another appliance from Home Depot nor will we EVER recommend anyone else do so either. This was a total "nightmare" dealing with this company! They are horrible and obviously do not really care about the customer!

My drywall was delivered this morning on the wet concrete without anything underneath it. We were home and they have contact information. And there is a nice dry shop where they have delivered to before!!! This is I give darn about the customer!

Chop helps me every time and is such an amazing caring worker. 10/10 finding chop when you go there for any needs at Home Depot. He goes the extra mile to even help us load it in the car. The whole time he was so cheerful and exited to help us!

I purchased a washer and dryer from an associate by the name of Judy. She did not have the skills and was unable to apply gift cards to my purchase. I worked with her and purchased the items anyway.

This store has incompetent delivery people. I ordered 1400 of material on Wednesday to be delivered Friday. They had 5 hours after their last delivery to get my delivery. No, they rescheduled me for Saturday after I have workers lined up tomorrow. They tried to say they had truck issues. I call BS. Last time I used them I was shorted a bunch of materials. I am through with this store.

Home Depot is a joke! You can't get anyone to wait on you, they hide from you if there are there! Their management decision to give them 80 hours off was a very bad management decision. We done all our projects through them and will NOT deo anymore. You have to pay up front for your project and can't get it done. No more of my money will go there again. Debbie James, Benton, La
