First, the ladies that at the front office are exceptional including Ms. Zeidan. However the owners of the Airline facility continues to up the storage fees so much I had to downgrade and squeeze everything into a closet size unit. 3 months later the cost has gone up again and now I’m being priced out of the closet size unit. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this storage place.

Since the new ownership of Storage Sense has taken over, the units are no longer climate controlled properly. The temperature is kept between 80-85 degrees with high humidity and the company keeps increasing the rent significantly every year.

The things I stored were things you wouldn’t be able to pay to replace. I had my things stored here for 5 months and everything was in the same spot when I came back. I never had an issue everything was extremely simple and stress free. Thank you for being there, I was able to sleep peacefully knowing my sentimental items were safe.
