Fantastic place to do business! We came in with a specific flooring budget in mind and were immediately shown all of the options in our price range without being pressured into more. Amanda was great at explaining all of the features of the floors and the pricing options. Customer service is a 10/10. Plus they sell a lot more than floors! I would recommend that anyone in the area to go to Henson’s.

Excellence is the goal and Hensons achieved it! From the designs of Amanda and the work of Dustin and Juan satisfaction was above and beyond. From selection to finished product the process was quick! I highly recommend them for showers, tile , and carpet as well as recommending quality contractors to complete the job!

Excellent product and installation. Great crew and results. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. The carpet is perfect for our mock courtroom! The sales and service was excellent. Support local companies- it matters!

The job takes way longer than the salesperson says it will take, the owner tells you what you want to here. The owner doesn't check that the contractors are doing a good job and doesn't follow up with the customer to make sure they are satisfied with everything. Once they get your money they are done! The product is good but you get get the same product somewhere else for the same price or less and hopefully get better service.

This business treated me very unfairly by not returning my entire deposit on flooring. I ordered almost $6,000 in carpet and vinyl planks. I paid almost $3,000 as a down payment. Our signed and approved contract on a house we were going to buy was canceled because a succession had to be done. Therefore, we no longer had a house to install this flooring. When I requested a refund of my deposit, Henson kept $500 for special ordering fees. Be careful when ordering from this company. I do not recommend this company.

I have used Henson Carpet One in Bossier City, LA on 5 separate occasions in two houses for carpeting needs and was very pleased. HOWEVER, in the past year I have contacted them no less than 5 times through their "contact us" email (left email address and phone number) about getting vinyl flooring in my kitchen and baths. As of yet, almost a year later I have not heard a word. Guess they are so busy they can't call or contact. Won't bother them again

Extremely disappointed in the service we received from Henson's. We recently had all the carpet in our home replaced with vinyl plank. We got quotes from multiple vendors, some of which were lower than Henson's. However, we selected Henson's because they were recommended by several people and we believed they would provide the best service. That was not the case. First, we went online and requested a quote. Never heard back from anyone. We go in and request a quote. Give the sales person both of our numbers making sure to emphasize area codes. Never hear back after the guy comes to measure. We call and they said they wrote down the wrong area code to call us back. We get a day scheduled to have new carpet and we move all the furniture out the night prior. Next day, they call to cancel the installation. So we move furniture back in and again move it out the night prior to the next scheduled day. No one calls us. We call them. They forgot to call us to cancel AGAIN! We have moved furniture in and out and rearranged our work schedules for a company that obviously doesnt care. Sad and disappointed.

Steven facilitated an emergent carpet tear out and replacement after a devastating plumbing problem. I attribute the air quality of my home to the quick helpful action taken by all of Henson's employees.

Trey and Steven were very helpful with carpet choice and installation. After looking at other places (which didn't seem very interested in getting a job), was very pleased with the speed the installation was scheduled and completed. Prices were very fair and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality work done quickly!

Hannah was very patient with us. She took the time to help us pick out the best possible option of flooring for our budget and need. She also is willing to work around our schedule to get product installed. So far it has been the best flooring experience we have had in this remodel project on our home.
