I went in became my AC was not blowing. I felt like it was the fan switch because it would only blow on low. And it blew cold air. So they said I had to bring it in for diagnostic. It’s pretty bad when you go for Diagnostic and they can’t even get that right. I can’t stand to pay for bad information. Then not to have the parts made it even worse. I found a repair shop that had the parts so I decided to let them repair it. After all we are having temperatures over 100. I have already waited 1 week just for the diagnostic. This is when I find out that the diagnosis was wrong!! I had already done the right thing and called to cancel the order for parts and pay for the diagnostic. Just a few hours later I found out I wasted my money for faulty information. Now the part I needed could not be found. Call to find out if the part was available and of course it was not!! I asked for the cost of the wrong information to be applied to the part I needed. No they won’t do the right thing and do that. Bad service and then they won’t do the right thing. I will never buy another Subaru for this reason. And will not do business with any of the Harvey companies.

Don't make a service appt online. I was told I should have called. I asked why have appts online if I have to call to ask if the job can be done and I got neck rolls and the index finger in the air with the response that I should have called because it was mechanical. I'm not a car person, no idea what the difference with any of it is. I don't work there, so I have no idea what you can and cannot do. If an appt is available online, I'm going to request it online and definitely not going to call. As a business, you should look at your appts and YOU call/email me and tell me you can't perform my request. This was the second week I made the same appt request. The first wasn't your fault because of the outage, but you had two weeks to let me know it wasn't possible. Also, train your employees to respond better. Since I have management training, I knew better than to engage with her ignorance.

I seriously cannot recommend this dealership enough. Right now is a crazy car market and several dealerships are charging $3k-$10 more then the sticker price. I looked everywhere from Monroe to Dallas and John Harvey was the only dealership that I was able to pay the sticker price on my brand new car. I'm so extremely thankful to have been able to buy a new car in this crazy time and not get completely ripped off. I highly recommend in you're in need of a new vehicle that you go to John Harvey. Steven Engel was my sales guy and he was great !

Just an awful service department! They don't keep even close to their estimated times. They don't always order the right parts and then "forget" to tell the customer the appointment needs rescheduling. Right now, a day and a half later on a 3-4 hr service they are raising it on the lift. Beware of this service department.

I bought a new Crosstrek Sport. The whole experience was quick and painless. Loving the new car.

Went there because we were in the mood to get a new truck. Knew we wanted a tundra but not sure what model. The sales people were all helpful and even drove us around in golf carts. The lobby was clean with a big spacious waiting area. The waiting area had a coffee, soda, AND Icee machine! Also had a vending machine with snacks if desired. Overall would recommend.

I absolutely loved the car buying experience from Harvey Subaru. They were friendly, and unlike most car dealerships, not pushy at all. I've always had wonderful service experiences with them as well. However, their service center recently moved to Harvey Toyota (I hope temporarily), and I'm currently sitting in the waiting room of Harvey Toyota, having waited over 3 hrs for a basic tuneup. When I asked if my car was almost finished (2 hrs after the appt time), the service representatives looked at me like I had 2 heads, then presented me with a list of services they recommended. I selected the 2 essential services after inquiring how much additional time it would be. They assured me that it would be very quick. 20 min tops, since one was just topping off fluid and the other was replacing wiper blades. Despite that assurance, an hour later, here I sit. In my own personal hell. While a lady holds a 20 minute phone call on speaker phone, and it seems the whole building has gone to lunch.

This dealership is so shady!! Originally called and told us $1300 to fix our Subaru then called back and said it was actually $2300. Then on the estimate it said $1300 and they hand wrote $2300 and circled it with no explanation of why it went up!! We asked for an emailed estimate that wasn’t handwritten with an explanation of what we were paying for and they sent an email from someone’s private email with no legitimate estimate. When we asked for a real estimate on company letterhead the way every dealership can provide you with they never responded. Picked up the car to go somewhere else (that is over $500 cheaper and told us Harvey Subaru was definitely ripping us off!) and they still charged us $158 for the estimate that wasn’t actually ever truly given to us in the first place.

Purchased the vehicle by phone from Texas. Everything we were told was on the money. Better service from the sales staff. Better price from Harvey! Just the best car buying experience especially considering it was all done on the phone from 240 miles away. Cudoes to Harvey Subaru and staff.

Whoever is in charged of the phones has zero to none customer service training or she simply doesn’t care. I have called on two different occasions for two different service inquires and both times were equally horrendous. She doesn’t let you finish your sentence and blind transfers you. She hears the words “service” and immediately transfers you. I called back multiple times on both occasions yo actually talk to someone and I just get transferred every time. She doesn’t care about her job or the service she provides. If there was another Subaru dealership in the area I would definitely go somewhere else. Terrible terrible service from whoever answers the phone and because of her terrible service it makes the entire service experience with Harvey Subaru a bad experience.

I've ordered my second Subaru from Harvey Subaru. I have a 2016 Outback, and it's a work horse! My next one is for fun, a BRZ.

The folks at Harvey Subaru provided me with a very smooth new car buying process. Caden in sales was very transparent with me from the first phone call and provided me promptly with all the information I needed to make a decision.Furthermore, John Williams the finance manager didn't play any games and it was a very transparent, low pressure environment to finalize the deal. He listened to what I wanted and tried to make it work.Thank you for the new car!

After getting my wife's 2019 Impreza back from the body shop there was a code that kept coming on. The shop suggested to take it back to Subaru, that it was likely a calibration issue with the cameras.Subaru told my wife she'd missed an oil change (true) and all but destroyed the car. Had to have valves replaced, etc. I told her to bring it home. Seafoamed it, changed the oil and filter, borrowed a neighbor's obd and cleared the code. Problem solved.
