My first service on my, new-to-me 2019 Subaru Outback. It was a truly pleasant experience. Kim, at the service desk, was very helpful to me and even helped me connect my new i-phone to the car. The waiting area was very comfortable. I'll see them again in six months.

Subaru will never have my business or the business of my friends and family after all of that. Their "salesmen" should learn how to take cues and actually sell something instead of running off customers.
Very displeased with the service I recieved from Salesman Josh Duet.
After researching the Subaru Crosstrek all week, I finally decided it was the one for me.
Sure Harvey didn't have it in the color I wanted, but it's just a color. So I was appalled when I told that to Josh. That I would love to test this vehicle out, even if they didn't have the color i wanted, but Arkansas did and that i was ready to buy, i just needed to know how the car drove.
And so he told me, and I quote, "then go drive it in Arkansas."
I said, "but that's 3 hours away."
And he replied, "yeah and I'm a salesman."
A real salesman would've picked up on my cues, on me telling him I was ready to make a deal, I just needed to know how it felt to drive. There was a nice Sun Blaze Pearl I'd been looking at all week but yet, he turned me down.
If this is how Subaru treats its customers, I'd highly considering going somewhere else.

Always a great experience. This is our 4th (actually my 5th), an Impreza, Outback, Ascent,Outback, & finally back to a '24 Ascent. From the 1st time dealing with this particular Subaru outfit, I've been happy and satisfied with the way we've been treated and handled.
My wife was in the car business for 43 years, and I was in service and sales for 8 years off and on.
We expect companies to make a profit(not gouge ), and Harvey Subaru has always been straight up with us.
Let's face it, if you have a ph or any type of internet access and experience, you can find the costs associated with the model you want. Have a great day and go shopping today. ???

I've been calling the service department for over a week and nobody ever answers the phone. I can't drive up there because just had surgery. Who is running this dealership??????

When I went to Harvey Subaru, to address two recalls. I got the news that my breaks were about to be metal to metal. Not an expense I was prepared for. I had just had tires rotated and it was never brought to my attention. Miss Lara in the Service department was so compassionate and helped me figure out a process to get them taken care of before they got worse. Thank you so much Miss Lara. Also they had to replace my transmission. Gave me a time line of 4 - 8 weeks to complete, gave me a loaner car. Completed the process in one week. Talk about taking care of business!! ❤️

Loves everything about my experiences with this dealership except... After verifying multiple times via text and phone conversations that we would get our vehicle back same day. They asked us for over night. I understand things happen. We had plans so we asked for a loaner. And they are charging us for it?!?! It just seems like bad taste.

Went in for my routine check up and oil change. Service was quick and the accomodations while you wait are awesome. Keurig coffee and a slush puppy machine get an A+! They have couches, chairs, and small tables to make you comfortable while you wait. I took my laptop and did some work while I was there. Saw my salesman and had a chat about the latest and greatest. Great experience!

I went yesteday to try to test drive a red pre-owned wrx base model, when we got there i told the sales man my situacion that we were thinking of buying on the month of june and that we are looking for a car AWD that i was traveling to washignton and that if that we could test drive the car and he happily said yes ,, gotta be honest i was just trying to drive the car and not buying it this moment but later, but when my wife and I got there she was excited and we were like we should buy it, why wait for later,, but of course let try it first. The sales men came with the keys I Turn the car on, and then all of the sudden he said (My boss said you can't drive the car) and i was like seriously why? Sales men said my boss said you should drive it when its closer to your buying time. I was like i won't buy a car if i can't try it and even if i try it if i don't like it i won't buy it anyways. And the sales man was like ok let talk numbers how much your looking to put down on it.. at this point i was like forget it??? keep your car. I just told the sales men let me go to toyota and check out a camry instead, he said yes go and check prices there first and then come back so we can work something out. I was like seriously it could of been my first time buying a wrx a dream car i that i never thought i could of buy and most important thing of all that my wife gave me permission to buy it which many men that are married especially mexican could understand? was like impossible!!. Thumbs down for Harvey Subaru?? i just hope it wasn't because of my ethnicity, which i have seen alot in this place which i just came to work for a couple of weeks. I am glad i am not from here.

They are always efficient and well mannered. Jennifer found a good discount for me this time. I always appreciate them. I'm glad everything is always inspected. They tell what is important and what can wait. I had a nail in a tire that was able to be repaired. I have been a satisfied customer since 1994.

Subarus are great, affordable carsthe sales staff at Harvey has been easy to work with through my family’s last FIVE new car purchasesDennis in the shop always goes the extra yard to help with service issuesbut the phone operators are surly & no one answers transferred calls in the service department OR returns messagesloaner availability is spotty at bestnext new car will either be purchased in Jackson, MS at Paul Moak (me) or will be a Toyota (my wife)
