Don't make a service appt online. I was told I should have called. I asked why have appts online if I have to call to ask if the job can be done and I got neck rolls and the index finger in the air with the response that I should have called because it was mechanical. I'm not a car person, no idea what the difference with any of it is. I don't work there, so I have no idea what you can and cannot do. If an appt is available online, I'm going to request it online and definitely not going to call. As a business, you should look at your appts and YOU call/email me and tell me you can't perform my request. This was the second week I made the same appt request. The first wasn't your fault because of the outage, but you had two weeks to let me know it wasn't possible. Also, train your employees to respond better. Since I have management training, I knew better than to engage with her ignorance.

I seriously cannot recommend this dealership enough. Right now is a crazy car market and several dealerships are charging $3k-$10 more then the sticker price. I looked everywhere from Monroe to Dallas and John Harvey was the only dealership that I was able to pay the sticker price on my brand new car. I'm so extremely thankful to have been able to buy a new car in this crazy time and not get completely ripped off. I highly recommend in you're in need of a new vehicle that you go to John Harvey. Steven Engel was my sales guy and he was great !

Went there because we were in the mood to get a new truck. Knew we wanted a tundra but not sure what model. The sales people were all helpful and even drove us around in golf carts. The lobby was clean with a big spacious waiting area. The waiting area had a coffee, soda, AND Icee machine! Also had a vending machine with snacks if desired. Overall would recommend.

My car's maintenance light went off while on a road trip. John Harvey Toyota took me in quickly though I didn't have an appointment. The service was done and I was on my way in less than an hour!

I don't like judging a business just based on one interaction with one customer, but I've been dealing with John Harvey Toyota for 2 years now and have had it. I'd like to state that I have been restoring classic cars since I was 17 years old, and know enough to know when a shop is pulling the wool over people's eyes. We bought 2 cars from them over the past 2 years, the first one went fine, and when we came back in as return customers, they screwed us. The sales team waited until I had gone to the bathroom to drop the loan papers on my wife, who signed, no realizing that they put a contract for 6% APR in front of her, after showing me one for 2.5% APR. Downright sleezy move there, and it cost me about $1500 in the long run, but whatever. Had my wife bring that same car, which passed all their inspections upon sale, in for a full inspection & tire rotation not even 3 months later. Their maintenance team purposefully messed with the evap/fuel system in the car to throw check engine codes. The car was taken to the dealership with no codes, and left with 6. How do you throw 6 engine evap codes while rotating tires? You block the intake/exhaust and sabotage the system. Who knows what else they did or what long term repercussions it'll have on the vehicle. My wife brought the car back in to get the codes checked, and they quoted her $1,700+ worth of PARTS ALONE to replace everything from the tires (which were fine) to the fuel injectors, stating their inspection showed the injectors were dirty (not even possible to know without taking the head off the engine, which I know they do not do during a 30-min inspection) They also didn't know that I had a code reader, cleared the codes and ran dozens of tests on every system of the car and found nothing wrong. They would've told my wife it needed blinker fluid if they thought she'd fall for it. Absolute scammers. Yesterday, I blew a tire on one of the cars we got from them. Called with the hopes of getting it repaired, secretary answered and transferred me to the shop without even saying anything, didn't even tell me I was being transferred. Phone rings until I get the answering machine. I hang up, call back, no apology, nothing, transferred without a word AGAIN, to the SAME NUMBER, same answering machine. Hung up, called a third time, didn't give her the chance to transfer me. I told her look, you've transferred me twice to the same person, your customer service skills are non-existent, and your maintenance tech isn't answering because they're probably busy sabotaging people's cars to scam them out of their hard earned money. Don't bother transferring me again because I'm going to Yokem Toyota. Called Yokem Toyota, bright and cheerful secretary answered, listened, actually TOLD me before she transferred me, maintenance tech ANSWERED, was also cheerful and cordial, transferred me to the tire specialist who GAVE ME HER NAME and told me to bring the tire in anytime and they'd get me sorted out quickly. Amazing. Actual customer service, no scams, just service. John Harvey Toyota is a horrible dealership run by scammers and sleezeball salesmen. Go to Yokem. That is all.

Worst dealership experience I have ever had to deal with. Bought our 16-year-old daughter a car that was basically not even looked at too see if it was ready to even be sold. Head gasket blew up 4 weeks after we got it. From what I was told it had only been on the lot for three days. So basically they just wanted to make a sale. Now my 16-year-old is without her car because of something that could’ve been avoided by the dealership themselves.

Made my second purchase from John Harvey, the professional service was as good as the first time 7 years ago. Emily did a fantastic job from start to finish, very knowledgeable on the 4Runner I purchased. Also thanks to Lisa in internet sales and Diond're in finance. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle get with Emily Thomas.

They did an excellent job of not wasting my time. They got the car and addressed the needs. The did not try to up-sale anything else. Just what I needed. I appreciate not being haggled when I'm there for specific business. They also did not take ALL day. 1.5 hours, and I was in & out. My services included an oil change, and inside AC cabin filter change. Great job!!! I will be back for my continued service appointments.

Lily was very friendly and the mechanic fixed an issue I was having with the front tire right away. They were knowledgeable and didn't leave me without a car for too long.

I got to buy the first 2022 Lexus off the lot. I looked at all the reviews for Harvey Lexis on Yelp and Google and Rodrick Lilly's name kept standing out. Since I know the first salesperson who makes contact with you becomes your salesperson, I called in and asked to speak to him to make a connection so he would be my salesperson. I told him how I got his name and exactly what I was looking for. He emailed me information and I made the trip to see him from Texarkana. There are no Lexus dealers in my area. I' m over an hour away. Everyone, listen to me! I asked him if I need to have my car serviced can I take it to the Toyota dealership in Texarkana? He said no! Call us, we will send someone to pick it up, service it, wash it and bring it back to you that same day at no additional cost! I have purchased Cadillacs, Lincoln's, and a Porsche, to name a few luxury cars and I have never felt my business was so appreciated. I have always financed my cars and that is what I had planned on doing this time. I told him I work from home and don't really drive much anymore. He asked me if I liked to keep my cars for a long time and I said no. He suggested I lease the car and went on to explain how a lease works. Mr. Lilly and the finance manager showed me how I could save over $400 a month and then have the option to buy the car in three years for less than $33,000! I had always thought leasing was bad because you have to pay for the miles you go over. When I looked at my contract they had me set up for 15,000 miles a year. I know I won't drive 45,000 miles in three years. The thought of getting a new car every three years especially with all the new safety radar equipment coming out is perfect for me. I look forward to enjoying my beautiful 2022 RX 350 L and when it get close to my lease end, I am going to have Rod watch for the new car I will want to lease then. Overall, hands down, Harvey Lexis of Bossier City has been my best car buying/turned leasing experience ever. PS: I had them add a couple of things to my SUV. Since I made the deal on a Friday afternoon they were not able to get them installed. Rod offered to let me drive it home and bring it back to have them installed. I told him I would rather wait until it was ready. He said, no problem, when it is ready I will bring it to you personally. You know I have found my car dealership! Looks like I will be driving Lexis for the rest of my life.
