I have done business with Hardware Resources since 2008 , its not the same company it use to be , none of the outside sale people and inside people care about the customer at all Casey, Norma or Angela , Angela use to be OK but now she just like the rest of them including Brian who the sale manager , I have sent him e-mail to talk about my issues but he will not e-mail me back or call , these people are lazy lazy lazy , I have six boxes of knobs and handle that Norma order and sent me at six different times that I don't know what they are and I am get all these charges on my credit card every time they ship hardware to us , they have turned my credit card o HR piggy bank I have tried and tried over again to get my issues taking care of , to tell you the true they price are not that good , after shopping around we have found out that Wurth Louis and Company Prices are about 20% less and they are very very professional people .

i am a current employee of this company and they treat the production workers poorly you get fired even if you have paperwork from the doctor and human resources will accuse you of hurting yourself or making yourself sick on purpose to skip going to work i have been wrote up even after presenting paperwork from the doctor and this company will make you choose between your relationship and job or your family and job i do not suggest working for this company i have worked for them before and it was not much better either time i am currently on light duty and im supposed to be rarely standing and walking but they still have me on my feet the whole night i have been treated poorly both times i have worked there this company is really shady and will disrespect your rights and your work rights and illegally firing people and writing people up without proper cause. human resources is supposed to be there to help the employee not be against its employees

Hardware Resources team is so easy to work with. They respond quickly and the quality of the products is top notch. If you get to tour their facility you would be amazed with what they can do. It's a hidden gem in Bossier.

Be Aware I just got off the phone with this company who refuses to return a set of hardware pulls. While we were in the process of remodeling a bathroom, the contractor alerted me to order the pulls so the cabinet maker could align and set the holes. This was in April of 17 and the bathroom was just finished, before Xmas. When I realized we had to adjust the size of the vanity and was left with two extra pulls I called the company and had to leave a message because no one was answering. Today I again called since no one returned my call and was told sorry it's been too long. The pulls are still in their original plastic sleeves and sealed. I was fine with paying a restocking fee and the shipping. Please think twice about dealing with this company due to their customer return policy.
