I have used Gina Eubanks Allstate Insurance agency for years and I highly recommend! Premiums are low, especially when you bundle your policies, and the personnel are top notch! Kathy Wallace contacted me regarding the upcoming policy period to discuss any increases, changes and new information regarding my policies and Kathy was so kind, polite, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I cannot say enough great things about this agency!! They truly do care!!

I cannot say enough great things about Gina Eubanks office. I've been with them over 15 years now and there is a reason for that. Anytime I have any question they do not hesitate to make sure I have all the answers I need, and then some! I'm always met with kindness and understanding and that goes a LONG way these days.
Today Kathy called just to check in. She has the patience of a saint lol. I actually had tons of inquiries I'd been wanting to go over. When discussing insurance it can easily get confusing and frustrating. Kathy held my hand and walked me through it all. (It was not an easy feat. Condo insurance is CONFUSING!)
She was able to help me get everything I needed. I'm much more at ease now knowing I'm taken care of if something were to ever happen to my home. Thank you again, Kathy, and everyone at the Gina Eubanks office in Bossier.
