I was in Bossier yesterday, when I came out of the store, I noticed one of my back tires was losing air rapidly. I went to Jims South, I explain to the man behind the desk my problem, he said, "we are walking the door, its closing time." I went to Genos, I explained to him my problem then I had to be truthful and tell him I didn't have any cash on me, and I had a very small amt I could use on my debit card. I was preparing myself for him to say, I can't help you,, instead, Geno looked at me, said mam, it's no prob, the tire was so bad he didn't feel comfortable even putting air in the tire. I live 50 miles away. I couldn't get a new or used tire at the time. He suggested he could put my spare on, that's what he did. He did NOT charge me a penny. I had my grandson with me, while putting my spare on, he was playing and talking to my grandson the whole time, then gave him a dollar for "helping Geno." I don't know what I would have done if the Lord hadn't steered me to Genos. I will tell you this, from experience, it's extremely hard to find someone to help a person out on a Friday and after 5. Geno was more concerned about us getting back home safely. He showed such kindness to us, I will not forget it and I know my 3yr. grandson sure won't. If anyone has a tire problem, please go to Geno's. GREAT service, very kind, (unlike the "other place")

My rim was bent from hitting a piece of debris, and I was really tight on money. He took care of my tire and his customer service was IMPECCABLE. He took what I could spare, and didn’t try to gouge me. I’m definitely coming back to give this man my business and my money. He deserves it.

There's a reason they are so cheap. I got 4 new tires from this place 3 months later all the tires separated. 630 bucks they only lasted 3 months. Just go ahead and go somewhere a little more because you go with this shop won't be long and looking for more tires.

For one guy he does it all and takes care of you he will treat you like family and not a customer. He don’t believe in bad karma. So he give the best deal and won’t make you pay for something he don’t agree with. Best tire place in bossier/shrevport! I highly recommend genos gets stuff done the same day!!!

They Fixed my Jeep today was timely he was very honest if you need you’re tires fixed or new tires these friendly guys are the best way to go in town .Cheap also!!! Best quality and rates .
