Tried making an appointment to drive over and look at jewelry twice. The owner Ainsley doesn't respond back to calls or texts. Very unprofessional. I won't waste my time going back over or trying to stop in at Max's Pawn when coming through Bossier.

The customer service from GCM is second to none! I recently purchased some jewelry for my wife’s birthday and the experience was fantastic. GCM Jewelry is a very nice store with super friendly and professional staff. You can find some very pretty antique and unique pieces and the prices are also reasonable. My opinion that GCM Jewelry is a hidden gem in Bossier city and if you wanna buy or get something for yourself you definitely have to direct your boyfriend or husband to that place! I assure you will not be disappointed!
