I lived here for about a year. The apartment itself is nice with good amenities. However, water shut off was very frequent and parcel pending doesn’t always work which was frustrating when expecting packages. People frequently got the packages mixed up or were missing. On top of that the management team was very immature and not organized. Information was very spotty on policies and no one was really ever on the same page. Moving out is the worst just fyi. They make it hard for you to leave. Maintenance crew was pretty great and timely though. But definitely attitudes need to be checked in the front office. Also, they have no mercy on office hours. So if you are a working individual, sorry for ya!

Somewhat liked the apartment complex , hated the staff. They were the rudest people I've ever encountered. They will try to get any and every penny from you , mind you I'm a broke 19 year old college student. Save your money and go somewhere else!

First off, I love the fact that it's in North Bossier. Of course my dog loves the Bark Park, I love the fact that they are always updating and making the property beautiful. The new gym looks epic and internet is included which ends up saving me money. I also like the fact that we have Parcel pending so I never worry about stolen packages. If you want a nice gated community this is the perfect spot for you family. (On site maintenance is a plus if your AC goes out during the heat of the summer)

The apartments themselves are very nice looking, but there was construction and all the promised amenities were closed for the entire duration of our one year lease and they didn’t tell us any of it was happening until the week before, sometimes the day before. It’s not kid friendly and they will scam to make extra money so pay close attention to your lease.

Better apartments in the area that don't charge as much. Nickel and dime you when you go to move out. Save your money and go elsewhere

Round of applause for these apartments! Loved the amenities, from the gym, to the grilling areas, to the pools and basketball courts. Ladies in the office were always very nice, professional and understanding. Maintenance was top tier. They fixed things in a timely manner and if there was any hold up they made sure to remind you that they haven't forgotten about the issue. People tend to forget that these are apartments, so you may not be the only one with apartment problems. Along with that, there may be times when you hear neighbors making a bit of noise or playing music. Being in a career field that moves constantly I've had my experiences with many different places already and I can honestly say these apartments have been my favorite by far. Hope this helps future tenants make a confident decision.?

Best place to live in Bossier City! I love the gym and my son loves having a playground area he can play on at anytime! Staff is always super friendly and maintenance always takes care of anything quickly! Would highly recommend living here.

I love it! We’ve been in our apartment for almost 2 years and we love it. I moved here and instantly knew this was my apartment choice. I love the upgrades and how well the property is maintained. I would truly recommend anyone moving here

What a great place to call home! Well kept grounds, super friendly staff, and top-notch management. I absolutely love the complex wide events like the family friendly crawfish boils and potlucks. The convenient location is unbeatable as well. Just a few minutes drive to anything you could need in town, but still has a private and secluded feel with minimal traffic. Highly recommend ?

Overpriced, so do not waste your time staying there unless you'd rather pay over 1,000 for a one bedroom. Prices continued to go up each time. They pick and choose who to "side " with, allowing people who aren't licensed to have their own business running out of their apartment, along with the "worker" having "customers" come any time of the night making a bunch of noise. Waste of time!
