Great 24 hour gym, depending on the time of day you can have the place to yourself for the most part. Gym goers are fairly kinda and aren't rude. A perfect place to start or continue one's workout journey

Great gym! Went in on a day pass today and was very impressed. Plenty of equipment with no waiting. Friendly staff and patrons! I’ll be back for sure!

Its a 24 hr access. Lots of equipment that you can use. They have a tanning, locker and a movie room which you can watch while using a treadmill!

This is probably the best gym around. They have great equipment, multiple machines and the circuit room is highly beneficial. Definitely a keeper.

Nice, clean, convenient and friendly environment. I use the smaller cardio center and the rotation workout areas personally but trust me they areas to fit whatever your preference as well as lockers and showers

Was passing through town and needed a gym so stopped in this spot. Really glad I did because it was a great little spot to train.The space is on the smaller side but they pack it with some really good (although some of it quite old) equipment. Their desk staff walks around deep cleaning the equipment, and the members are friendly.If I find myself back in Shreveport I’ll definitely be training here again.

This is my second gym, very clean, well kept and organized. Way too busy and packed in the afternoons for my liking though.

Very nice place to workout. Good atmosphere. The only thing that I don’t like is the wild metal music.
