I was scammed $498 by a person who presented to represent Enterprise. I placed a security name to keep the thief from cashing the gift card. That effort was not successful.

Rented a car in October through my insurance company Allstate. If you are black I fully advise you to use a different location or a different company. Chris is a liar and very unprofessional. 5 days shy from a month and I still haven’t received my deposit back nor the refund they claim they sent back. I will never use enterprise again.

I rented a Malibu from here for 1 week and it was amazing. The guys Dylan, Christopher, and Caleb were so sweet and helpful. The car was in excellent shape. I will definitely recommend this Enterprise Thank you guys again.

I made a reservation on 7/1/23 for 9/25/23. Why do this branch almost never have vehicles. Why do I have to call around to find me a vehicle or set my time to leave the next day. If I could I would give this location no stars. Barksdale, Monkhouse, or Benton rd would probably be your best choice.I was told the vehicle I was getting had to go in-service but wouldn't you think to find another one or better yet call to tell me "hey we are trying to find you a car" but no you have to find out on your own and get the run arounds or lied to.The only some what of a good thing is Chris did answer the phone each time I called. Only to say " I will call back when something is available". Which was code "let me just tell her anything to get her off the phone" because I never got the call but I always did the call back.

Although this location appeared very short-staffed for how busy they were, we were very well taken care of! Chris was phenomenal! He went to bat for us with a insurance company, and he was able to secure us a vehicle that was comparable to the one we lost. Without him, we wouldn't have known what to say to make this happen! He was truly customer-oriented, and we so appreciated that!

Shout out to the manager Chris for going above and beyond. Our insurance messed up and didn’t pay the claim and put us in a bind. Chris made sure we were well cared for and left with a car. Thanks, guys.

This is a busy little place. They seemed to short staffed, however Dylan was very patient as he tried to accommodate everyone he encountered. I suggest you arrive early because it may take a little longer than expected. OVERALL, I was satisfied with the consumer service, considering the short staffing.

After twice making reservations over the phone and arriving at one location we were told they had no vehicles to rent. Then after arranging for yet another reservation and tyke person on the phone assuring us that this location actually had vehicles to rent, it was a disaster. The third location claimed to have no vehicles then said they had one and then after our ride had gone said oops no we don’t. So wile we sit and make phone calls trying to find some form of transportation a lady walks in and asked if they had any cars to rent. She was asked if she had any reservations. She said no. They reply they only had three. Then proceeded to rent her a Dodge Durango. And of course I asked the people what was going on because they told me they had nothing. Then man replied that his manager said they would not rent to us. So of course we wanted to know why ??????When the manager returned and we asked him he then said he never told them that. But by now there was much tension in the air and after over an hour of being lied to and overall terrible customer service I finally said a few words I probably shouldn’t have and just walked out. Bottom line is I would NEVER do business with Enterprise again. I will highly recommend to anyone that they take their business to Hertz or Avis. The sad thing is that since I was in the service back in the mid 80’s I have always used Enterprise . NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! This was at the Benton RD LOCATION IN BOSSIER CITY, La!

This wasn’t the best experience renting here back in May, first we’re given a vehicle filled with the scent of smoke and then the next vehicle that we had received, that one had a dead battery. Also we’re charged for getting that battery fixed, even though it shouldn’t been our problem. We didn’t expect to receive a car with a dead battery. They won’t work with us to drop the charge for the battery. So we will not go back to this Enterprise branch for renting a car.

I have to brag on Dylan!! He is amazing!! I was sent on the run a round from every enterprise from Texas to Louisiana and came to Texas St in bossier. I don’t know if he seen the frustration on my face but he immediately tried to get me a car called every enterprise around and that is WAY more then anyone else did at every other one I stopped at. Even tho his location didn’t have a vehicle he went above and beyond and found me a vehicle at the airport (which they are amazing too) Thank you Dylan for everything you did for me it’s truly appreciated!!

Chris is ALWA friendly and helpful.The cars are ALWAYS clean and ready to roll.I rent from the Texas street location often and I am never disappointed & always welcome.

I had a reservation...went up there twice a day for two days and was given the impression someone was on their way with cars and would call me. After third day, gave up. I wished they would've given me an idea of what was going on so I could've made alternate arrangements. I still haven't heard from anyone 2 weeks later.

Had a reservation from Feb 21st for a truck via State Farm claim. I called 3 times to verify and always told No Problem. Get there this morning and no truck. I’m perturbed. Manager, chris had an attitude, maybe a bad day for him, has an Audi but will not rent it to me. Wasted morning. Find another rental company!
