As a medical professional myself, I am able to advocate well on my own behalf. These people are professional and well educated. They spend the time needed with each patient, both pediatric and adults. My daughter and I are extremely happy with our care given by David Raines health.

I called Dr to see Dr bc I was sick I was told 2 weeks before I could be seen. My insurance called asking why I had so many trips to ER. I gave her the lowdown of the poor service I've received there. Changed pcp

Amazing attitudes towards patients. Kind people in the dentist section who listen and don’t talk over you.The workers treat you like a human. And they respected me on my trip there .Highly recommend .

Not a nice pediatrician office, the staff is very unprofessional borderline unethical/incompetent and totally rude . Most places will educate you on the shots being administered to your child and or even have you sign off. The nurse here didn’t do any of this on to top it all off she hurt my 4 year old son and gave him a huge lump in his arm.

Overall I like me and my daughters experiences; it’s hard to get ahold of the doctors sometimes & I had a horrible interaction with the bossier dentist BUT OTHER THAN THAT…. I’m still waiting on them to call back to reschedule my behavioral health appointment!

This is the worst medical facility ever! They do not answer the phone or return your calls. The wait is over 2 hours to see Dr. Calhoun. They denied my prescription refill for my blood pressure medication and I ended up in the hospital. I almost had a stroke. They do not care about you. They just want your money/medicaid.

Took a long time to get an appointment. They even rescheduled my first one so I waited 2 months for my initial appointment. Dr was nice and liked my nurse.

The building may be a bit rough-and-ready, but the staff is amazing! Especially the phlebotomist.

My Chief complaint is not with the clinic itself. SENEKA CHANEY is the reason I’m posting negative, this doctor who vowed to help patient did not help a very close friend. Doctor Chaney refuse to evaluate my friend, she did not listen to understand instead she rushed through the visit. To make the situation worst she said that she would put in a prescription for her pain no later that afternoon she did not.The prescription to receive medication was supposed to be on October 1st given to CVS. CVS received the request on the 5th of October.Doctor Chaney was ask to write a letter for my friend to give to her school as proof of her medical condition in supporting a leave of absence request due to the previous medical condition.Doctor Chaney response was if I have time. In which she did not write. I could write more about this Doctor unbecoming attitude. but I would not have space.I am very dissatisfied with her actions and just overall performance as a health care provider if she do not about her patients she do not need to be in that profession.This plight is my friend problem today but who’s will it be tomorrow, next month, or next year?I do not if this is how she have treated other patients but ultimately it doesn’t matter because she treated the right person wrongfully and now she has earn a negative review.

Went in over a month ago was sent for xrays and still havent heard back from them. I called and they say wait for a call back. Definitely won't be waiting another month.

If I could give 0 I would this is horrible come in 30 minutes before appointment to make sure can actually be seen hour later nothing this is for 1pm appointment Noone here when checked in. 1 person called and they left already.Last appointment was canceled due to nurse not thinking I needed it ? didn't ask me just canceled.Why make appointments if you don't follow them just say come wait in room until we decide to see you or when we want to start working.
