This pharmacy is horrible. They could care less about their customers. They are rude and you sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes if it is open just to pickup a prescription.

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever done business with. They are constantly out of the medications I need to refill. I waited a month for one prescription and never did receive it. I have had a medication in process for 4 days. Now they tell me they are out of it. I tried to call today and sat on the phone for 30 min. and no one picked up. It has gotten to the point that I experience PTSD every time I hear that terrible song they play while I am on hold. It is an unorganized mess. I blame myself. I should have taken my business elsewhere long ago.

This pharmacy does not care about their customers. I had been looking for a new pharmacy and after today’s service I found a new one. The pharmacist was rude and said there is only two of us today and we can’t get you your prescription and handed it back to me. I asked what I was supposed to do. I needed medicine today and he shrugged his shoulders at me. It was 10:00 am and they are open until 9:00 and you can’t fill a prescription??? Finding new pharmacy was the best thing ever. I’ll never go back.

Never in my 40 years have a had a pharmacist tell me my prescription would not be filled because I haven’t recently been on a different medication. My prescription specifically states allergies and complications due to a heart condition. That decision is for a doctor to make. Not a pharmacist.

When I came to pick up my prescription, they realized the prescription was just sitting there. No action had been taken. They said they would expedite but the person in charge just kept helping other people and taking all the calls. I have been standing here for an hour, the pharmacist behind the computer (male) just kept mentioning how he is ready to go. With a line full of people.The only person who cares has glasses and curly short hair.

The pharmacy here is a joke, 2 cars in line means 45min - 1hr wait. I don’t understand why this is a continued issue, seems like there is enough business to utilize both lanes everyday, or hire more staff. This place is obviously poorly managed and failing to provide caring service to its community.It’s also sad to see the other negative reviews. You would expect a huge organization addressing the concerns of its customers. Ownership and management should be extremely disappointing in their performance.Avoid at all costs.

It takes this place 4 days to fill a prescription and that’s if I’m being pushy. Was assured today my prescription would be filled by the end of the day and when we went to pick it up they said it wasn’t ready. Said to come back tomorrow. I told that lady before I dropped it off I would bring it somewhere else if they couldn’t promise me it today. She’s either a liar or incompetent. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with.

Very nice and helpful employees. It's busy, but they work hard to keep their customers up to date on their prescriptions. The one I used was CVS the one Northon Airline Dr. Very clean store.

Pharmacy with 5 people working and not one person will answer the phone that continuously rings. Won’t acknowledge customers that are waiting to be helped at the counter. Very unprofessional.
