The people were delightful and extremely helpful and funny and friendly.Store was nice and clean and they had everythimg I needed amd was very easy to fimd. Overall it was a great experience.

The actual pharmacist are very rude!! Very unprofessional and the whole pharmacy is unorganized. Cvs all together for a while now has had a huge turn over with their employees. May need to start paying people better. This particular store is very rude and I will be switching my prescriptions. Be prepared to wait for a long time for your prescriptions here. It's almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone as well.

Teresa, a manager was so rude and refused to answer my question in a yes or no response. I asked if there is a store manager over the whole store. All she would say is she would transfer me. I did not asked to be transferred. When I asked again she said she answered the question. I still do not know if there is a manager over the whole store and do not plan to come back to the store. The pharmacy will not ever answer the phone.

So as majority of the other reviews and yelp reviews suggest the people who work pharmacy have the worst ghetto attitudes really no home training they talk to you as if your stupid and when they misunderstand what your saying they try to talk louder to cover their lack of knowledge

Brittany and Morgan are truly amazing. Only them two are the ones that cares. They will always answer the phone and wait on you less than 5 minutes. I come to this pharmacy because of them. They get the job done above and beyond. Great workers and great service. When they are off no one ever answers the phone. Brittany and Morgan saves this pharmacy.

CVS Pharmacy located on Texas St and Airline Dr in Bossier City has got the most unprofessional staff working in the pharmacy department. Never seen so many frustrated customers arriving to pickup their prescriptions only to find out their prescriptions hasn't been filled. Constantly whining about not having enough personal working and being rude to the customers for questioning them. Even threatening to cancel their prescriptions orders.How much time do you think was wasted damning a paying customer for asking questions and their constant whining about their inability to get their work done because of a staff shortage.Close the damn store!

Does the pharmacy not answer the phone?? I’ve been trying for 2 days to check on my medication. Yesterday, I was on hold for 16 minutes & finally hung up on, called right back and the recording said they were out to lunch.

I would leave zero stars if that was an option, I called this store starting at 9:30am attempting to help a client of mine with a refill at 3:37pm we still had made no progress with obtaining his prescription. This pharmacy is horrible and this is coming from a medical professional with many years community pharmacy experience.

Absolutely appalled by the employees I encountered this evening. I entered the store at 9:48 pm, which knowing they close at 10 pm, I went in knowing exactly what I needed for my wife who is recovering from an accident. As soon as I walked in, a female employee looked at me and shook her head and said "you've got two minutes we finna close." I jogged to the back and while picking up the product I needed, she said "hurry up, we're closing, we're gonna lock you in here" I proceeded to the front where there was no one to check me out, which I don't really care, as I used the self checkout, but if they're wanting me to go then have someone to check me out at least. Paid at 9:51 and went to leave and they had already turned off the doors and had to have someone open it for me. They didn't say anything just opened it barely enough for me to go through sideways then quickly slammed it shut and locked it. Do better. Hire better...and have accountability for employees that tarnish cvs's image. I will likely never return to cvs unless I hear that something has changed. I'm not a hard person to please...I work in retail. This was abhorrent.

Very rude tech. Selena, what's going on with your employee's there. This is the 5th time she's very rude. I notified Corporate office. Need to find a another store with better customer service skills.
