Yazmin is very humble and takes her time with each client. Always very cheerful and happy, his colleagues are equally good people, they don't speak 100% Spanish, but the attempt is what matters. Other places, you speak Spanish to them and they look at you badly or they don't serve you here on the airline. I recommend them for anything here. They will help you Yazmin, follow how you are doing, that store is filled with Hispanics because of your way of serving people, very good service.

I happened to be here staying in Bossier city for a tournament, when my phone decided to crash. No gps, no contacts, and no ideal where to drive to I found a Walmart to atleast get a prepaid til the store opened. Then the new gps took me to the wrong address, and then Mr Diego led me to the proper address. Then he directly got my phone set up, and back into all my accounts. He helped me get my old phone ready to file for insurance, and I was able to call my family from my actual phone number. Preciate it!

I would write other types of words but the @%#$£€@ employees give you insurance without you asking for it. The mother's children do not ask you if you want the insurance or not. It happened to me recently with 2 cell phones, yes It's not because I called cricket directly I don't realize... a year ago they did the same thing to me I was paying insurance for 3 cell phones for 1 year without knowing and without seeing the request for that reason I give it that rating because of its employees
