I bought a Cricket Dream over a year ago. It is a 5g phone and it has been having system issues. I finally went into the same store of purchase because I noticed that an app that is supposed to be compatible with my phone is not. Tell me why they had to return all of the Cricket Dream 5g phones to the manufacturer. Instead of letting the people who already bought the phone know that something is wrong with it they kept it hush hush. I recommend you buy a phone from anyone but them. I would even recommend metro and as soon as I get the money I'm switching back to Metro. I will not spend anymore money with them. Period. P.S.A I would not purchase anything in that store that has Cricket in front of it. If you know you know.

Representative was rude and uninterested in helping us. She basically just stood to the side waiting for us to leave like she had some where else to be or do while we asked her questions concerning a promo.
