Never in my 37 years of customer service and food service, been in management since I was 20 (first started at 17) have I encountered such rude, hateful, immature (she looked like somewhere between fifty and sixty) unprofessional, I could go on for days. I have list my paper but it was between the hours of 12 to 2 I am pretty sure and her name might have been Angie. She was the only older lady there. Ask for a carton of American spirits black. Always (yes I was a manager at a tobacco store also so no I am not pulling this out of the garbage when I say) if a carton in not in cabinet if there are ten in the rack they pull and make a carton. She starts to ring them up pack by pack. Now by buying a carton I am almost getting a pack free when you figure the prices. Told her no she is suppose to right them as per pack. My manager said so because once you open the carton it is illegal to sell them as a carton when they aren't anymore. No ma'am. Wrong. You can not open a pack and sell the cigs individual. Thar is against the law. Now the packs themselves. So she had already holler over to the young man working what was his number as she was using his register. Another no no. You don't do that due to responsibility and cash shortages. Told him he need to come and take care of me as I refuse to have this hateful lady wait on me. He goes to come up and she tells him no you go back to the floor I got this. Now again it's not her register and I do have the right to ask for another employee if available to wait on me. She then turned on the cotton candy sickly nice nice voice with total sarcasm DO YOU WANT THEM OR NOT. I told her yes ,I have already said yes. Now let's break this down as we will never come back to this store for our cigs and when I say our, my oldest daughter smokes the same COSTLY cigs as I do. Now she get a carton a week and I get a carton very two weeks. Going for almost 100 each time we'll that is a min if 600 dollars a month not counting the little extra items we pick up due to us stopping there. And we are just one household. With this ladies (immature child) attitude there is no telling exactly how much you have lost and will continue to lose will this kind of Customer service. This is a busy cross area with the casino, horse track across the road. So I do expect some of reply back with a number to contact yall back. .....Jodi (only reason you got one star is because it won't post without it)

They have hot food easy to check out. They take ebt cards. They have the best banana cake! Definitely try it!

7 am and night shift didn't stock anything, shelves are empty. I go in fridge and see everything need so its not they they are out of it.. place stinks and pumps are always slow.it shouldn't take 15 mins to get 50$ of gas. Store sucks to be in such a good location

It's biggest strength was being near the highway and Louisiana Downs, because honestly the price was abnormally high for a Circle K. Otherwise unremarkable.

Absolute WORST business I have EVER dealt with!!! Gas purchased from this station was filled with water and my new vehicle I had just purchased ended up in the shop with over $800 in repairs. I have tried for 2 weeks now to get to speak to someone and have been given nothing but the run around or transferred to voice mails. Even though they acknowledge several other people have had the same issue that purchased their gas at the same time I did, I have no luck in actually speaking to anyone who will handle the situation. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THE STATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TO PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN REPAIRS TO YOUR VEHICLE AND HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

The store @ 7999 E. Texas St. Bossier City, LA 71111 is horrible. It's supposed to be a convenience store and gas station. The manager there is not very friendly and her knowledge of operations is abismal at best. And because of her lack of attention, her employees are trained poorly and are often times embarrassed. They're always out of items that most convenience stores carry on a regular basis. (i.e. Circle K brand Crown cigarettes, camel cigarettes. The coffee is almost always cold or old. The roller foods are either empty or old. The other night during the big $1.5B powerball lottery, they were out of lotto paper. The gas pumps are always out of wiper fluid and towels to clean off our windshields. I can go on, but I think I've made my point)! The no gun policy in addition to what I listed above, has made me decide to spend my money elsewhere. I respect their right to have it. As long as they understand no criminal is going to respect a hidden, 2" sticker. I, for one, will start frequenting their competitors. I encourage all "law-abiding, gun carrying" citizens to do the same.

Love this place! Call ahead for icee's, they have to fix the machine everytime and it takes a couple of minutes.
