Consistently won't let people get anything inside in the middle of the night. Normally they lock the door, but tonight it was tied shut by a bag with a worker inside looking at customers like they were crazy for trying to open the door to purchase gas and other items. If their staff doesn't feel comfortable working there at night, they need to do something about it, or hire different people.

I went to use the bathroom and it was about 1am. They told me are locked for the night. Poor customer service.

Horrible customer service! The employee tried to charge me for someone else gas and then tried to charge me for stuff that I didn’t have! And then double charged me for something I bought and wouldn’t give me a refund! Horrible attitude from the employee all the way around! Be careful stopping at the location!

Cashier here not trying to work, won't sell you an iTunes card or coffee - only wants the electronic scanner to do it. If don't scan on it's on, she ain't trying to work- avoid this gas station at all cost !

The night staff completely takes the night off they are not there the doors are locked and if they are open there's a sign on the door saying be back in 5 to 10 minutes and they never come back or 30 minutes and they never come back very unprofessional the whole night stuff needs to be fired and my opinion

The morning cashier watches you come in walk up to the counter and she continues to talk on her phone or goes to the back of the store, 4days in a row I wait at least 5minutes, corporate please look into this

The cashier did not know how to perform a refund for a mistake they had made. They called a manager and attempted to do it over the phone with the cashier but said they couldn’t because they were not authorized. I truly believe the cashier wanted to help but couldn’t because they were set up to fail by their manager. Not only did I end up needing to spend double in order to get what I needed, but they probably re-sold the items I purchased in error.

This is affected by early morning and my search of coffee. Coffee cups were half missing. Creamer dispenser was empty. Sweetener packets only had a few and they were crumpled up and lids were hard to find and jostled around so I poured out my cup and walked out. The whole time I was there neither employee acknowledged me.
