What a great Christ centered environment of Christian men and women. I love the devotions before the workouts. And the people there are awesome as well! I dont believe i been to a better gym!

It's a wonderful place to enjoy a good workout and hear the word if you attend a class. The best part is it's free! Also it's open to the public. If you want overnight access you can get a key by simply donating.
