Worst manicure I've ever had! They used a drimmel to remove regular polish. My nails now have weird ridges and are super thin. Didn't even bother to push back my cuticles. I was in the chair barely 5 minutes and was charged $30. Pedicure was well done but I did not get leg massage at all. Barely even rubbed lotion on them. Will NOT be going back.Services: Pedicure

Small and clean environment. I went to see a specific tech. He's quiet but has done my nails for over 10 years. Located next to Starbucks and near other restaurants, shops, and a hospital. Very limited parking.

No stars! Never in my life have I seen or been apart of such foolishness. My wife has been coming to this place for 3+ years faithfully even when we moved to SoBo she makes the drive. Today the owner got her confused with another “black” woman and instead of listening and admitting to his mistake he tried to intimidate her, when she politely spoke to another technician he threatened her and told her to take her business elsewhere. I was appalled and beyond frustrated that as a business owner regardless of your personal prejudices, you would treat a woman that way. As a man there is no room for being a j*** especially to any female. I will never recommend this place and hope God blesses you with humility.

Best place to go the nail art is crazy good!! Bring in any pic or like me had a idea and Lee nailed it!! And u need to relax OMG !! Have one of there pedicures that was awesome and of course she did great decorating!!

Over charged for a job that they no were close to the design that was asked of them. And then charge $70 for a job that was no where near the design ask of them because she's in the wedding party and the design is specific for all of the brides wedding party. And picture was shown and person assured us that it was very doable but ended up with enough acrylic to use on 5 pairs of hands and nothing like the picture design they claimed to be able to do.Services: Nail decals

The didn't want to do my refill for some odd reason when she said I was ok at first. She wanted to do them a certain way that I didn't like so she said that she couldn't do them at all, all of a of sudden. I will not go back. I don't recommend this place at all. Horrible experience and they had attitudes.

Worst nail experience I've received in a long time. Not only did the salon owner accidentally file one of my nails too short, when I asked him to fix it he REFUSED... stating that they're going to a party and they're closed. It is now 6:06 pm on Friday. According to their signage the salon closes at 7:00pm. I arrived at 5:00pm. He had the audacity to tell me that I'll have to come back tomorrow. I will never return to this nails salon and I suggest you don't either.

The nails are good and done well, but my husband got a regular pedicure and it was MAYBE 15 minutes. No massage, lotion, anything. And prices are pretty high. Customer service, okay.

I’ve visited this nail salon over the last several months. I’ve made appointments to be seen and on each time my appointment has not been honored in favor is someone else who did not have an appointment where I was asked to wait a “few minutes” so they could be served. Having arrived 15 minutes early each time, I understood waiting even a few min mins past my appointment was possible and not big deal. The first time this happened, I was lead to think she was only a few minutes behind, only to end up waiting an hour to begin my service. I was told it was because I arrived early. Well this last time was the straw the did it for me as once again I arrived 15 mins early to be asked to wait for someone who just asked for a pedicure. In each case, I don’t know if it’s that they choose to serve more regular customers or if it was because they felt a young Black woman would take better to having to wait over an older White woman. Either way, the first time I was thanked for my patience and neither time was I offered an apology. I tip pretty well and like my Nail tech Tina but as a busy professional, my time is valuable and I don’t have the luxury to continue to have appointments I take care to schedule be dishonored for any reason. After asking Tina to honor my appointment rather than work on this other person, she chose to leave me waiting and so I left and do not intend to ever go back. I would not recommend this shop for this reason as hope that they do a better job of scheduling, communicating and valuing ALL customers.Services: Pedicures
