This bank is terrible. The only person who is decent is Tiffany. I came to this bank several times to handle an estate, some investment accounts, and some trust accounts. I had several issues over and over with them. Things that should have taken one visit, took 2-3 to accomplish. Their knowledge on their own accounts is minimal. They ended moving one of the main members and bringing in another person, because of the incompetence. He had potential, but in the end, the paperwork was wrong again. I don't live locally... I live overseas part of the year. Because of their incompetence, they told me that I had to buy an additional plane ticket and come back to do more paperwork. Of course I was unable to drop everything and pay $1000 to run back over and fill out paperwork that was the banks error. So instead, they just closed the trust accounts and sent a check. I love how everyone just apologizes, but none of them are laying my plane ticket to return to open new accounts. I would never deal with Chase again. Due to incompetence, I closed every Chase account I had... including a credit card I had since 2007. Please someone tell me a bank in the area with good, reliable, customer service?!?

A terrible choice for business banking. We had a rather large wire transfer to our accounts from an acquisition and go 'missing' by Chase. After spending a few hours on the phone and getting no where, I was told to go into a branch. The manager is unable to do anything other than call tech support in India, and they (shockingly) are also useless. As soon as the wire transfer gets fixed, we'll be shutting down all business with Chase. Save yourself the headache and skip them entirely.

Confused... where are the atms?? Those are way more convenient to use than going inside or using the drive thru... I love chase but what's up with this? I hope the plan is to install new ones??

I have always been served by Jorge must say he is the kindest of tellers I have ever had. I will ALWAYS wait to be served at his window and will always come to this branch to be served. If all tellers were as great as Jorge the banks would be much better.

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Checked in and waited a total of 40 minutes before I left. People came in and was placed before me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Every time I come to the drive thru I am in the line for over 30 minutes. This is very unacceptable when you have a business to run and you have to make a quick run to the bank for deposit.

Wanita the banker up front Very Rude! And assumes thing about clients instead of trying to figure what is happening. Worst banker ever. Be warned about Wanita if you don’t fit her profile of a client.

As far as their ATM goes, I can say they have a pretty convenient set up. Even if you're not a Chase customer, it runs smoothly.
