Called a week ahead of time for carpeting and on Monday morning I showed up as scheduled. Old man was nasty and said he could not do it this week. It will be a cold day in hell before I go there again.

I give them 2 out of 5 stars.I drove from East Texas to a glass shop to have a side glass replaced. In order to GET to the glass the trim shop had to take out the backseat and inside panel.Not being from Bossier there was no way of leaving my car. Also I had to drive my car back to the glass shop for them to install the glass then drive it back to have the seat put back in. So, leaving the car was not an option! The owner of the shop doesn’t like people staying around while they work on vehicles. In my case I couldn’t leave it.I received a price quote of the covetable top that has a rip in it from a previous owner not knowing how to drop the top correctly. About 2k. Ok no problem.At the moment when we are all done, glass is in, the seat is in, the side panel is in, the owner of the trim shop says,’I never want to see this car here ever again! I’ve been dealing with this car for 6 months!’Sir, this is the first time you have ever seen this car! As far as 6 months, no sir! It’s today and only today.With that I was told to not come back.I don’t understand what my car did to this man, (Christine) but he’s scared of my car for some reason!
