I have went to this location many times. Some or the shift do really good. To day wed. The 6th was one of the worth. I order a burger with extra mayo. It did.not have it. I went back in they hand me two packs.i did not pay six dollar to fix my own sandwich. And it.s a shame they let the mail box fill. Up so no one can call. This is why people's goes off on these kind. Or places. You.don.t mess up people's order and get a attitude with them. Make it right.it you don.t want to find another job.

This location is close to our residence. We have come there many times because of this fact and have never had a good experience.The employees are rude and do not make your food like you ask. Most of the time fries are cold. We have even gotten old fries or burger meat that you can tell has been sitting a while.Please pass this one and go to another.

Ordered one cup of coffee at the counter. Laid two dollars on the counter. Girl stuck her hand out. I said o thought you saw me lay it on the counter.SHE SAID I DONT NEED IT ON THE COUNTER I NEED IT IN MY HAND!left my 2 dollars and walked out.Worst example of customer service that I’ve ever experienced.

Went to drive thru took a while to get them to answer, when they do they send you around to park and never come out to give you the food.Then they tell me they didn't know where I parked.Very unprofessional.

I have attempted to order through drive-thru on three separate occasions in the past two months, and have ended up spending my money elsewhere. On the first occasion, I waited at the speaker more than 10 minutes. I had to initiate the greeting and was subsequently interrupted while placing my order several times. After finally placing my order, it was repeated back incorrectly at least twice...the order was a burger, a drink, and a kid's meal. I was made to feel as if I was inconveniencing the employee by trying to order my food. I canceled the transaction and left. On the second visit, I was greeting by a male employee, who then immediately began to shout at another employee concerning what needed to be done before the employee could leave for the night. He then asked me for my order, but once again started yelling at the employee before I could speak. I left. The third visit was today, Sunday morning, around 9 am. I placed my order (two breakfast sandwiches and a drink), then drove to the window. There were no other customers in drive-thru, or even in the parking lot that I could see. When I drove to the window, I advised the lady I had forgotten something, and could I add to my order (a coffee). She answered that she couldn't add anything at the window because she was on a timer. So basically, there's no other customers, but she wants to make me waste time by driving back around to place a second order...because the timer is more important than her customer. I canceled my order and left. I was telling my 8 yr old as we drove away that it was a shame that bad employees were causing the owner to lose revenue. But after giving it more thought, it's a shame that customer service can be so consistently bad, and reviews so consistently poor, yet the owners don't seem to care enough to correct the problem.

The drive-thru cashier was great. Even after a little mishap, he was very apologetic & professional. I will definitely return to that location.

Even if this place is completely empty with no customers they will always have you pull around to wait on your food. Every single Burger King I’ve been to is very slow I’m not sure why their even open but the food is good.

Where to begin! DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING ILL REPEAT DO NOT ORDWR AHEAD DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY! as a local resident i have been to this burgerking several time always durring lunch hours or between 2 and 5. Not only have they never had the lobby doors open but they don't update their app, their employees will yell at you even if you ask nicely why the door are locked at 3pm on a Saturday and use the excuse of the wet floor sign tells customers why your doors are locked. No it doesn't. She felt fine to give e another person attention who arrived after me and she opened the lobby doors to attend them but wouldn't attend me or My 2 kids till I got through the drive through. Let me tell you guys that this is every single time I have gone there. Not once, not twice but many. Go to the other burgerking on airline not the one by bossier mall! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!

If I had time to leave work and throw this food back at the workers I would .Coffee Cold, My hashbrowns taste old and the croissant just taste crusty.Not satisfied at All

While I understand that it's a fast food chain and that they have to work hard to get you through the line fast, we weren't even given 30sec to put in our full order and we were cut off before finishing it, we get to the window to complete our order and told that you can't add anything to the order once you get to the window. Thanks guys.
