Where to start first someone referred me to this place first I called due to Covid to check if they are doing walk ins. Whom ever answered the phone was polite. I walk in there are two customers getting pedicures and two workers only one was working and the other was walking around looking like a lost puppy. No one greeted me. I literally stood there waiting for some one to ask if I need help….. nope nothing. I started to walk towards the door to leave, then pops out a worker hello pick color….. DIDNT ask what service I wanted or anything. Ok by the time i pick out color she ran the water which was nothing but HOT water. I just hugged it out cause I’m already irritated and had plans so I need my pedi. I picked the paraffin wax package. The whole service was horrible. As a professional in the same industry I was so disappointed she skipped steps she rushed through my service to the point she almost forgot about my paraffin wax. When she what cutting my toe nails down she cut me, not only that she clipped my toe nail to the meat. I was the only customer in there so why are you rushing when I’m paying $65. That was the first and last $65 this place will get from me. I wish I could upload the pictures I took of my pedicure. It look like the blind baby mice clipped and painted my toenails.

This little shop was the best! They were busy and I fully understand why now because the staff was so sweet and attentive. I was in from Raleigh, visiting my family, and my mother, myself and daughter had been to three other salons that day that couldn't take us so we were relieved to find this little gem. We'll definitely be back!

This was our first time at Bossier Nails & Spa, but won’t be our last! I haven’t had my nails done in years and my daughter never has. All the ladies working there were very friendly and helpful. The salon is nice and clean, and didn’t even have that strong chemical smell that most nail shops do (or used to). We enjoyed our experience and look forward to our next mommy-daughter mani-pedis.
