I just think it’s super unprofessional to blatantly ignore someone you see at your door (which they got up and locked) during business hours. At the time that I came the lady said that they are closed. Your business hours says otherwise! If you don’t want my business just say that! After reading a few of the reviews I’m actually thankful that my reservation did not follow through. Please get someone with better costumer service skills to run the business. Thanks!

The girl that's work at this location Amanda needs a raise! She is amazing and so patient! Wish more people that deal with customers would be like her! Any question I asked she was able to answer or find the person who knew the answer. The units themselves need a little TLC from owners but other will never go anywhere else .

Please stay away! Rat infestation and stolen items! I have been renting here for about 5-6 months and my stuff stinks and is covered with rat pills and oee! Also as you can see the wall is missing on one side and I have several items missing! The manager told me they are the insurance company she would not give me corporate contact information to call or email anyone to notify them of this. Several days I couldn’t even get into this property with my access code. It was like they were hiding something! If you want your things peed on by rats and taken rent at this property

We rented a unit from here and they randomly changed our unit price so we are paying an extra 20 bucks! They said it was because of property value but didn't even notify us about it before they did this. and now when we went to get our stuff out because we are moving there was rat droppings all over our stuff!

DO NOT rent here. They say tou can get out of the gate until 7 pm. I have been trapped in here TWICE having to call the fire department to get me out.
