Be careful, it is a place where they make you spend with legal theft tricks, forcing you to buy a phone without need to get the money, very bad service, they make you spend your money and put you in trouble when in reality you are looking for a solution, hopefully they will close it, I do not recommend visiting this place are not honest

I bought a phone from the 1604 Airline dr location . It has been stolen and i have been trying to call for a week now and it just says messages are full . So i called some of the 800 numbers and waited 53 minutes 1 time and 47 min another time. Boost , " You know what you can do with this phone and plan"!

They tried to get me to buy a new ? phone. By telling me that I had a 75.00 credit on my account! They have enabled my ability to make calls. This is illegal if you ask me. Consumers should be able to make their own decisions about purchasing a new phone! Not cohersed into buying one! I can't afford a new anything right now. Being on a fixed income and the craziness that plagues our country at the moment!??
