You would probably rethink leaving metro if you are contemplating the switch. Boost has terrible data reception in bossier city. On their website when you put in your zip code a big red warning comes up that say bossier city is a poor reception area. The Wi-Fi hot-spot is a joke. 20 hours to download a 40mb app on Wi-Fi. Video quality on data is terrible 144p is the only thing you can watch and not have to buffer for 5 minutes then watch 2 minutes. Gave them a few months to see if it got better. Headed back to metro after this cycle.

You'll be charged roaming while at home. Their coverage map is a lie. Most of your calls will drop or have your mic muted. Your 4G will randomly disconnect. They'll reactivate your account against your wishes, after you disconnect your service. Their phones have adware built into everything. If you ask for a refund for anything, they'll abuse you and waste your time to get out of it. As if that's all not bad enough on its own, your number will be called by advertisers and telemarketers all day, every day, starting day one. I can't think of a way this store or service could be worse.

Technicians are not trained. Deleted my contacts by factory reset twice. Had to go to another Boost Mobile . Would not recommend anyone to this location.
