Scott provided some of the best service I've had anywhere in a lonnnnng time. He helped get my car in when I could work it in my schedule. He communicated with me well the whole time they had my car. The insurance company did not give enough on the estimate. He contacted them, got them to approve more, and received the money from them. I didn't have to do anything! He helped me save some money, too! He even picked me up from the rental company after dropping it off when my husband couldn't leave work in time to come get me to make sure I wasn't stranded.
