Don't believe their advertisements. Especially their price match policy. Home Depot was $14 less and the door guy said yeah np we match. Get to register and she needs a manager. She scans the bar code and exact same item comes up but manager says no because it had a letter in front on the Depot website. Bought and got free delivery for exact same item (same exact barcode) with free delivery. Save yourself the trouble and just buy online and let the stores close if they don't want your business honestly.

No one spoke to me which I've come to expect from Best Buy. There were about 10 customers while I was in the store and 10 employees. The cashier at checkout was on their phone but nice enough. I used the app to find answers and prices. If I didn't need the product I may have shopped elsewhere or waited.
