We ordered 2 full size mattresses from Mr.Johnny and he was so great to work with! Very friendly and welcoming at the shop, helpful describing different options, quick to communicate with delivery time and super exceeded expectations during the entire process! Beds even came in quicker than originally planned and he helped us with delivery! Worth all 5 stars and more, fully recommend!

Great place to shop for a mattress and bed. The owner is extremely friendly and will do everything possible to get you the best deal. We will definitely be back if we need another bed.As a bonus you might get lucky and see his sweetheart doberman there when you go by.

You could not ask for better folks and products. The customer service rocks and they will promptly take care of any issues you may encounter. Purchased an electric bed a few years back and today it stopped working. It seems the remote got locked up. I called and within just a matter of minutes they were able to walk me through pairing the remote back to the bed and get it working over the phone. (They also didn't hesitate to say they would come if what we did on phone didn't work). There is a BIG advantage to buying and supporting local. Cannot thank Scott and Bo enough - these guys are AWESOME!

The other reviews are right -- Mr Johnny is terrific. I didn't meet him in person, only over the phone when I called from 2 hours away to inquire about a waterbed heater before making the drive up. He contacted the second store and asked them to put it aside for me without ever once wanting a deposit or a promise I'd be there. At the second store we met a great young man by the name of Beau who had our heater right at the checkout along with a complimentary bottle of water conditioner. He also provided us with directions to our next destination.Two very nice guys who turned a sour day into a good one.Thank you both. :)

The Bedroom Sleep Shop will be our go to store for anything involving our wonderful bed we received from their store. Johnny was very easy to deal with and spent plenty of time helping us find the perfect bed for us. He was never pushy or "just trying to make the sale". Beau delivered our bed and went above & beyond to ensure that we were pleased with our purchase. You can search and price compare (as Johnny suggested and we did) but if you want assurance and reliability, The Bedroom Sleep Shop is THE place to shop.

I had just moved down to Louisiana from Michigan and it was on a Friday and I called several mattress stores and most of them their delivery people weren’t able to do the weekend. Johnny actually decided that he would wait till the shop closed and pick up the mattress himself!!! Just to deliver it to me personally! I cannot recommend Johnny enough!! If you want the best customer service and speedy service, Johnny is your guy!

Fella takes time to ensure you find the best mattress and platform combination to meet your needs instead of steering you by price. Everyone will have different comfort needs with mattresses and recliners.

We went to four other stores and were defeated by pushy sales people, too high prices, and lack of interest in what we really needed. We went to see Mr Johnny at the Bossier location and he was wonderful! He guided us , never pushy, and we found exactly what we needed within our price range. He definitely won us over! Thank you Mr Johnny!

This is such a wonderful place. Mr. Snyder, the owner, was our salesman. My wife and I were in the market to upgrade our bed from a Queen to a King. He took the time to tell us about the mattresses and was very patient with us. When my wife found the mattress she wanted, I was really shocked with the great deal that was given us. Of course, we needed to pick out a bed frame. He gave us the catalogs to look through until we found the right one. Delivery was awesome. Just as Mr. Snyder said, it would take a week and a half to get everything in. The delivery guys were prompt, courteous and professional. They had the bed together in no time, and took our existing bed with them. If you're looking for a new mattress or bed, definitely think about the Bedroom Sleep Shop.
