Yeah they lacked customer service today,It was pitiful on duty manager didn’t care either. i asked an associate about products they just said they’re out but the product is sitting right In front of their face. Saying your out and the product is on the other end of the store …smh Not taking the time to look but standing in the middle of the store having a gossip fest instead of helping customers and paying attention to dishonest patrons. I’m sure sales will be high, but sales will be missed too, I shouldn’t have to ask you to look in the drawer… if you’re not restocking the shelves people will think it’s out. Especially if they coming in for specifics also What happen to up selling ?! Sad came to this store for better stock, it’s a newer nicer store on the inside but horrible customer service. Also they weren’t that busy.
