“I was in Bossier yesterday, when I came out of the store, I noticed one of my back tires was losing air rapidly. I went to Jims South, I explain to the man behind the desk my problem, he said, "we are walking the door, its closing time." I went to Genos, I explained to him my problem then I had to be truthful and tell him I didn't have any cash on me, and I had a very small amt I could use on my debit card. I was preparing myself for him to say, I can't help you,, instead, Geno looked at me, said mam, it's no prob, the tire was so bad he didn't feel comfortable even putting air in the tire. I live 50 miles away. I couldn't get a new or used tire at the time. He suggested he could put my spare on, that's what he did. He did NOT charge me a penny. I had my grandson with me, while putting my spare on, he was playing and talking to my grandson the whole time, then gave him a dollar for "helping Geno." I don't know what I would have done if the Lord hadn't steered me to Genos. I will tell you this, from experience, it's extremely hard to find someone to help a person out on a Friday and after 5. Geno was more concerned about us getting back home safely. He showed such kindness to us, I will not forget it and I know my 3yr. grandson sure won't. If anyone has a tire problem, please go to Geno's. GREAT service, very kind, (unlike the "other place")”

“I've been using Gene's tire for years now, don't trust those other fly by night shops. Had a slow leak in a tire that was taking about 2 weeks before my low tire sensor would indicate a low tire. I could not find th eleak any where. Went in and they found the issue. I never would have found it. Leak was from what looked like a sewing needle. I highly recommend this place.”

“My jeep developed a oil leak. Called Scott the owner he told me to bring it in in a couple of days and they would check it out. I appreciated that he told me he couldn't get to it for a couple of days instead of it just setting there not being worked on for 2 Days. They checked it out and told me what was wrong with it the same day. It was the oil cooler. He explained what was required to repair it and told me the cost. I was pleased with the repair time,the repair and the cost. Would recommend this shop and will use them for future repairs.”

He gave me some options to try before bringing in my car to see if it fixed the problem which I was so thankful for. Most places try to get you to bring it in even when you don’t need to so they can make a buck off of you so I was very impressed by this. As a female I tend to get ripped off so I appreciate the respect and helpfulness. If I do end up needing work I will only be coming here. 10/10 customer service.”

“I was driving from Austin, TX to Philadelphia, PA with my mom, and my check engine light came on as we were getting to Shreveport, LA. We stopped at Scotty’s just to see if anyone could do anything and the owner, Brian Young, was extremely kind and helpful. It was not an issue he had time to fix while we waited, but he figured out what the problem was and assured us that we could drive the rest of our way without further issue. He even called us to check in a few hours later, because he wanted to make sure that we were alright. If you are ever in the vicinity and need any kind of assistance with your car, I highly recommend stopping at Scotty’s.”

When me and Tommy realized that 2 of our tires were worn out, to an unsafe level and we were sooooo broke, they got us 4 tires, mounted / balanced and a front end alignment!! But the EXTRA AMAZING PART was, we were able to pay it out over 6 months, without a credit check or any hassles..all you needed was to verify your work pay and they trusted you to pay them their money..wow!! You don't see much of that in this day and time but they saved us!!”
