A friend of mine had his car here for a quick repair. They identified the problem, but failed to contact him to let him know how much it would cost to repair. They also didn't ask him if he wanted them to proceed with the repair. They added in a service he didn't need (and did not ask for). At the end of the day he was charged for the repair (and for things not even needed). I truly feel they took advantage of my friend in this vulnerable situation.

Literally charged me $284 labor (1.4 hours). to replace a nut and bolt on a brake pedal bushing, and $85 (.6 hr) for a battery check (which I didn’t ask for and didn’t need, I had it checked the day before). I had loose battery cables and brake lights were staying on and running down the battery. No parts included, except to replace a nut and bolt ($11.36). Was shocked to see $323 (plus card processing fee). Figured I would write what happened, since the guy working the counter didn’t seem care or admit he was taking me for a ride (I admit, I do look easy). Not sure if they do this a lot, but my first time going to their store…and the last time. Would have gone here forever, but they wanted an easy pay day (and got it). Oh, well, I guess.

"Won't Be Bringing My Vehicle to You!" Asked for a simple part replacement ESTIMATE, and was quoted in Excess of 3-5 times what competitors estimated (for 1 hr P&L). Congratulations to them for a "thieving achieving" level of successful business building to afford chasing off unneeded customers.

Friendly staff and usually very quick. Prices are reasonable and they don't give you the "run around". I trust them for all my automotive needs.

Taken vehicle in for AC problem 5 times now and still not fixed, replaced struts and now front end is popping but they say they don't know why. What a joke.
