We own a shop in Hemphill, Texas and were using Area Wholesale Tire Company. Unfortunately we bought a set of Cooper Discoverer Tires from them for our own vehicle which did not stand up to their mileage guarantee. We called to see about getting either a partial refund or the tires replaced and they wouldn't even help us, the business owner who is supposed to sell their tires for them. I will absolutely not sell anymore of their tires to my customers because clearly they do not honor their own warranty. Absolutely absurd. Throwing all their marketing junk in the trash!

Great people to work with and really good prices. Huge selection of tires in stock. Deal with them on a weekly basis and never a bad moment.

Prices are great, employees are friendly, only giving 4 stars though bc they only have 1 bay where the tires are put on your car and the wait is extremely long.

Bad service at the front desk from the lady .. was waiting on the side of window (with a window talk hole) to get helped and asked what i needed but instead she acted like she didnt see and mumbled something to the other two guys in the office and they ALL started laughing but trying to hide it at the same time and after that she acted like she was "busy" looking thru papers .. waited there for about 3/5 mins not trying to be rude and just stared at her till finally she just pointed to the front door (like she couldnt turn around and simply ask what i needed assistance with thru the window hole .. So finally i walk around to the front of the store and walk in and again she acted like she didnt see me till i asked a question ... idk if she was having a bad day or just has an eye problem but as a customer trying to purchase a product from the store i think she is representing that company in a wrong way ... she needs to be removed or learn how to be more respectful to customers .. thank you !

I do business with them on a regular basis as far as buying tires. I have not had them perform any actual service's but am very pleased with their prices.

Spent 450+ on tires to replace the worn out ones on my base model Tacoma. The replacement tires were not equal to what I already had and they made noise like they were out of round or not mounted properly. They did not function for commercial duty and they should not have sold me them if they were not rated to perform as expected. Took them back and the management just shrugged and acted like I was an annoyance for complaining and refused to own the problem. I had them rebalance the tires but the problem persisted. I switched my snow tires on when I moved back up north (which made no noise) where I later sold the truck including these tires as an "extra". They also didnt take my center caps off and just buzzed the lugs out, creating swirl marks on the plastic. Just awful service.
