Zack is the man to see! He helped my fiancé and I refinance our auto loan, and also opening an new account. He went over and beyond and is the reason we chose to go with Aneca Credit Union. We look forward to working with him again and I would suggest you ask for him when going here!

Found that aneca does not charge a fee for a balance inquiry. First rate customer service when I walked in. Hours are better than other financial institutions. Aneca has an app, telephone system to check your balance, or just simply call between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday and open half day on Saturday.

The tellers are not helpful and service is very slow. Tellers can be very rude. I do not recommend this branch.

It's super simple, if you live, work, worship, attend a school or are a business or other legal entity in Bossier, Caddo or DeSoto Parishes, you are eligible to become a member of ANECA Federal! Your family members may also be eligible.
