Advanced Air Conditioning moves FAST! They gave me a preliminary estimate for a new A/C and heater about a month ago. I wanted some clarifications so I called for some help in going over the details. Scot volunteered to come talk to me last Thursday; he went over the details and gave me a price. Once I agreed, he told me he could have it installed the next day!Brian arrived Friday morning at 8:00 - right on time, followed by Rowdy and 3 other guys driving the big truck. Scott arrived shortly thereafter and helped unload the new stuff and load up my old equipment. One crew had a cancellation so I had virtually the whole company at my installation.They were like ants on an anthill, quickly removing ductwork and furnace coil, then installing everything. Rowdy showed me the ins and outs of the thermostat and then adjusted the fan speed.They were done and gone before noon.I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Tech Ryan was on time and took care of the problem. I called back he returned a few hours later found electrical issue with Swepco not air unit. Thanks for all the help first time had any problems with unit in over a decade.

Prompt response. The technician figured out what was wrong and got our heat working within an hour. Was able to come after hours to accommodate our work schedule. On top of everything, the technician was personable and helpful.
