I may sound wierd to say it, but I love Adam Bass agncy, Allstate Insurance. The personal attention, friendly service and did I mention great prices are the reasons I switched from my old insurance company of 15 years which I was only a number.Thank you to everyone at Adam Bass Agency.

With Hurricane season upon us, I’m reminded that after Hurricane Laura damaged most of my roof, Allstate just denied most of the claim and called it a defective install and paid to replace a few of the shingles here and there, even with statements of quality from the Manufacturer (Certainteed), the Architect who oversaw the install, and multiple certified Roofing contractors. Luckily my agent here of nearly 10 years did nothing to help and gave incorrect information at every turn to derail my claim. So remember folks, you’ll pay a premium price for a company to go thru extraordinary measures to not pay out for damages.
