Their people stole my drill set while they were unpacking my household goods. I had placed my 2 milwaukee drills and battery charger into a five gallon bucket about 30 minutes before they arrived and placed that bucket into my garage. No less than 10 minutes after they left I went to retrieve one of my drills from the bucket and noticed all 3 items were missing. I immediately called the company who said they would check with their crew to see if they had "accidentally grabbed it" and never received a call back. And because it wasn't an item that they moved with my household goods they decided to deny my claim that they stole it.

Incredibly unprofessional. I am in the military and during my latest move they picked up our contract. The first crew left a ton of stuff unpacked and the second crew told us it wasn’t their job to pack it and they left it behind. We had to throw most of it out. The movers also made condescending comments about our home and our belongings, often complain about how much stuff they had to move. Additionally while my wife was picking something up of the floor, one of the movers said “I wouldn’t mind hitting that” My wife was there alone while caring for our 5 mo son and felt very afraid as she had three large men in the house. On top of all of this a significant amount of our stuff showed up broken beyond repair. Do not hire these people!

I don’t usually write reviews but the service I received was so bad that it warrants a review.I’ve moved multiple times, and this was by far my worst move. Was scheduled for a full unpack for a 3 bedroom house, and only two movers showed up after I confirmed with management that I had a full unpack, and was told three people would be showing up. When they showed, the other mover arrived and took off for 4 hours and did not return until lunchtime leaving only two movers to move the majority of my stuff. Movers scratched my floors, broke some of my items, and actually left for an hour and a half right when I told them I ordered lunch for them. Was moving my stuff in flip flops. Tried to leave my residence without unpacking a dozen of my boxes at 3:30 pm and had to call their management who sent over two movers who were extremely rude. After management called the movers and told them to do a full unpack, the movers had attitudes and took my boxes and literally flipped them upside down and threw everything on my floors with no regard for any of my items. I told them to leave my house and I would unpack the rest of my items. I’ve been trying to get them to come get the boxes they left (that service was included in the move), and have been no showed once after they told me they’d come get them on a certain day and time. When I called the following day to ask why they weren’t picked up, they said they were “too busy”, and I was told they’d ask when they could get the boxes. Never received a phone call back and giving me the run around on the boxes, leaving me to deal with it myself.Many of my friends have had similar stories from this moving company. Stay away and choose someone else

Worst military move we have had in over 11 years. Packers broke multiple items. Loaders didn’t handle our stuff properly and dropped multiple boxes resulting in damage. Cracked my $1200 road bike.Team that dropped off our stuff did not unpack or haul away boxes and now won’t come pick it back up. Custom service is unhelpful. Pretty awful service. Will be putting them on the do not use list.

If I could give a zero I would. Don't let them near your household goods. Stuff was missing. Inventory was documented poorly and they showed up to deliver with just a driver!

If it wasn’t for their 17yr packer named Felicia, Then I would’ve given this company five stars. The others ladies were sweet and professional. Felicia on the other had, is the rudest and most ungrateful person I’ve ever met. When I called in a complaint with the military, I was told she’s known for being rude to customers! She complained that my home was going to be an all day pack (4bed house, couple kids, yes), I asked where she just packed a pool key that remains at the house (I wasn’t mad at all) she was rude and said it could be in any box, and went to other packers saying I was accusing her of being a thief and stealing my house key! I had given that women sooo much free cleaning products, infant clothes/costumes and a big bear and no “thank you.” Another packer who was the kindest women I’ve met in years (with company for 4 mths), I gave her upstairs cleaning products since I gave downstairs cleaning to Felicia. Felicia said no all products are hers and began complaining that she should have the other girls cleaning stuff, then began telling me “I’m shady as hell” for not giving her the upstairs products. For this to be a known issue with her, and she’s still employed is baffling.

We just moved with them from LA to CA and overall I'm glad we requested Atlas and had them. The packers the first day were amazingly fast and overall kind and professional. We did have some pushback when asking for more stickering and paper on certain items. (on Unloading some things I am surprised made it because there was limited paper) Then the second day the loaders came with the semi and all were great again. They did a decent job wrapping and loading our items. (at unloading many things were missing parts or broken/dented/ marked) There was also a tornado warning and weather that day! Yesterday we had Correy and his associate (I don't want to misspell his name) come and unload us here in CA. They were amazing also! They were great at carefully unloading and putting things together as well as making sure we got everything and could write conditions if something was broken. Overall a great experience compared to other moves we have had with the military!I will add that they are under Atlas but Atlas is under TMM which from what I read is a nightmare to get reimbursed for anything so dreading that. It is also impossible to get customer service or anything from TMM. Also our HHG sat in LA for 3 weeks after loaded and no one has explained what or why.

From the beginning of the move process until the end, we were impressed with the level of communication and care we received for our move. We did have some up front damages inflicted on our furniture which were immediately addressed and we will be waiting on compensation in the near future. We are also waiting on box and paper removal. Overall, we are satisfied with the professional managers, packers, driver, loaders and unloaders. All the workers were efficient and thorough in their jobs.Service: Out-of-county removals
