Walked in on 8-17-23 coming from Houston. All I can say is this place is top tier. From the supplements to the service to the education. Kyle was very knowledgeable and helpful with the products and any questions you may have. The other gentleman was also (don't remember his name). They actually care and aren't trying to push you to by a certain product. They want to see you succeed and accomplish your goals. I highly recommend to anyone that is just starting their fitness journey or who is a veteran within their journey. Thanks guys, keep it up. Not many people who care and provide quality service now a days!

We went in to find out about their body scan and have that done... SUPPER FRIENDLY and helpful. Summer spent a lot of time with us explaining results and giving recommendations.

My daughter and I went to Five Star Nutrition today. As soon as I walked in the door, one of the employee asked if we meant to go to Crumbl. I politely told him that I can read. I left without consulting them because if the employees make determinations about the customers needs (without asking the customer) then this is NOT a place where I want to spend my hard earned money. I left Bossier (where I live) and drove to the GNC store in Shreveport for our needs. This place has poor customer service. If I were you I would choose another place for my nutritional needs. I

If your looking to get in shape, maintain, or looking for that little extra to put into your workouts, 5 Star is the place to go. The staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. Have some soreness or trouble sleeping? Ask them about their CBD products. They are very knowledgable in all of their products that they carry.

High quality CBD means great results! My body tends to stay super tense and aches all the time, but since I started using the Blue Spruce full spectrum oil I have felt less pain and more relaxation. It also has helped relieve my anxiety and help me sleep better at night. Glad I gave in and decided to give it a try, definitely worth every penny?

Wanna thank VinnyBu Alexander Wozniak for always waking up at 0430am every day to remind me to take my supplements and not forget my gym bag. Its dedication like that and along with the knowledge of the whole staff which is why I shop at 5 Star Nutrition. When the staff wants you to crush your goals as badly as you do it makes me believe! I went from 225lbs to 190lbs in a matter of weeks and have no problem going to they gym to crush these goals! If it wasnt for Vinny taking me to the gym for the first 2 weeks just to run and encourage me I probably never would be where I am today. And he did all of this without me asking our paying him anything. He just believes and motivates. Anyone looking to get a summer body by new years hit these guys up!

I go there for all my health/fitness needs. They have supplements you won't find anywhere else and great customer service, more notably, there is a guy there named Scott. Dude is a great guy, very knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to assist customers. He also tips extra at restaurants. But yeah, his name is Scott. Go buy some supplements from him. Now.

The staff here is very knowledgeable about the products the store sells. They are always friendly, and have a positive vibe each time I go to the store. The rewards system they use is better than the other local stores. They also support the police, which is a big plus for me.

After a year of CrossFit my fat loss has plateaued, so Vinnie Bu Wozniak is helping me out. Only a week on his plan and I've already had a weight lifting PR! Plus I'm sleeping better! He was able to cater my plan for the special needs of someone in their 50's. Thank you Vinnie!!!
