Waited only 5-10 minutes to be helped. Showed her a picture and got exactly what I wanted. Prices wasnt terrible, cheaper then any place in Franklinton. Full set of gel with coffin shape was $45 while anywhere else it is $60+.
Update: Gel cames complete off one nail and was coming off 3 other nails as well only 2 days after the service She also cut me twice during the service. I went to a different nail salon to get a fill and they couldn't even work with the previous nails. Cheaper doesn't always mean better.

Tracy Nails always take good care of me. My nails were done quickly and beautifully. I did not have an appointment and was in and out on time for my meeting. Thanks.

Brought my girlfriend here to get her nails done. She showed them a picture of what she wanted and they did an excellent job. The ladies that run this shop are very nice and very chill. Great vibe and an asset to Bogalusa.

I went in for Gel mani and pedicure. I am thinking this young lady was new I set in her chair at 11:00 am and did not leave until 1:45 it was obvious that she needed assistance but the experience techs did nothing to help her I myself told her the next step to take yo speed this along. Needless to say I will not be back. The price is to high for my time and the quality of service I receivedServices: Pedicure

I was not pressured into getting gel polish today I like regular polish or just clear I guess I’m old fashion I didn’t have to be bother with a rush job or feeling like she’s handling my hands rough or even detected she had an attitude this woman was perfect she did exactly what I asked and everything came out perfect for me I left her with a $20 tip because She took her time I can tell she cares she was gentle sometimes I go there the workers don’t do a good job so I don’t leave a tip but today she did an excellent job I didn’t even catch your name but I definitely remember her face … and thanks again I would definitely be going back to her hopefully she still wanna do it next time
