“I called about the shaking of the front end of my car and thought I needed a front end alignment. Not only did they come pick up my car and drop it back off (I work a block away), Brad told me it was my front tires causing the shaking. I experienced customer service at its best. Old school. Brad even told me to rotate my tires every 5k miles to get the most life out of them. If he cared about the money, he wouldn’t have told me that, because he would sell more tires in the long run. I will go back with other vehicles and highly recommend. 11/10!!”
