we had a flat tire and had someone put the donut tire on. We went to O'Briens without calling ahead. They had the tire we needed and replaced it immediately. Price was great and the service was awesome.

When I pulled up I immediately saw a sign that said by appointment only so I was so crushed because I just left another place that had a 2 hour wait. Well I still went inside and told them my issues and they said they’ll look at. I was so grateful. I am riding in my aunt’s car which is over 20 years old so the dash doesn’t say which tire it is so they had to check ALL TIRES!!! They quickly found the problem and had me out in less than 30 minutes and I gave a tip.
