They are good about not getting the job done the right way. Between the doctors and a Nielsen's it took me 6 days to get my blood pressure medicine. Because the doctor of would send the refill and Nielsen's would say they did not get the refill. Then my GI doctor sent a medication to Nielsen's yesterday right in front of me. So I waited and waited for Nielsen's to call or text me that it was ready to be picked up. So at 10 am this morning I called to see if they had it ready. They tell me oh yeah we have received it but it is on back order and that we need to call around and find another Pharmacy to see if they have it. Thank God I call Nielsen's because I would be still waiting for them to call me.

I HAVE KNOWN THE NIELSEN'S FOR MANY MANY YEARS , AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL , AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR JOB , AND THE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL !

I called Nielson’s 10 minutes before closing because CVS did not have the medicine that was ordered. They filled it and stayed open late to give me time to get there and pick it up.

This is such an amazing place with a great friendly environment. You will never walk in without at least five people greeting you with a smile on their face. Multiple times I have come in with an issue and they have stopped everything to give me their full attention and helped me by calling doctors and my insurance to make sure I got the right medicines at the lowest prices. I just found out that a $60 prescription I was getting at CVS is only $15 here. Definitely recommend you save your time and money and come here!
