I have OnStar and they contacted Mea to tow my car in. He was there b in under 10 minutes, and had the car hooked up in 5!The driver's name was Sean and he was professional and courteous. He carried on conversation with me as drove which helped me feel at ease and comfortable. If ever again I need a towing company, this is the one who will get my business! If I could give zero stars, I would. I used my auto insurance roadside assistance and was assigned this tow company. I was moving cross country and my vehicle broke down. Driver left my keys in the car unlocked at the shop they dropped it off at in the middle of the night. Two TVs, a soundbar, my hitch ball, toolbox full of tools, and two shoeboxes with sentimental items were all stolen out of my vehicle thanks to this company. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Unless you want all your stuff stolen, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hope your company wasn't involved as a police report has been filed and I'm sure detectives will be reaching out shortly. Furthermore, I'm sure my auto insurance company will never use your services again as they're going to have to accept liability and reimburse me for everything that was stolen out of my vehicle. Thanks for making my worst nightmare come true!

I was stuck on the side of the road on new years day so I called roadside assistance and they told me this company would pick me and my truck up and left the number to this company. I called the company number 6 times and nobody answered, and for some reason the caller ID was "Britney".

The tow truck driver, Coulson, not only helped us get to a gas station to try to fill up our flat with air, but then towed us to a tire shop where our flat tire could get replaced the next morning. Which means we needed a tire shop close to a hotel. Thanks to his tenacity, we were not stranded on the side of Hwy 12, but got to sleep in a bed. Anyways, it had been a harrowing experience that Coulson made bearable. Thank you!

Locked my keys in the car and insurance company said it would be 30 minutes for someone to come help me. Dustin pulled up in 3! Great service!

Sat on side the interstate for 2 hours before the driver called to tell me he is about to come from Kenner, mind you i’m in Slidell. Called the company numerous times with no answer. Will not be using Mea ever again! Terrible experience .

Watched their flatbed driver barrel through a light on 190 that was out during the storm. They don't really seem all that safety conscious.

Dustin was awesome! He helped me out when my truck broke down while pulling my 5th wheel. He got my trailer to a safe place and my truck to the shop I wanted 30 miles away. His positive attitude made a bad day much better.
