I was a long time patron at C&F and i really loved how great the staff was. The pharmacist was very nice and filled prescriptions quickly. About 2 weeks ago I went to fill a prescription and the pharmacist told me my insurance no longer covered the brand name of my RX. I questioned her about it she said she's just doing what she's told. I contacted my insurance provider, they proceeded to tell me that the medication is in fact covered brand and non- preferred. I pulled my Rx and transferred other medication to Walgreens. July 31st I received a text from C&F that I had an RX ready to be picked up. I go to retrieve it , they inform me I don't have any prescriptions there. I'm still trying to get my medication transferred to Walgreens. The new pharmacist at C&F is very rude and lied to me. They need to get a new pharmacist before they lose a lot of customers.

Love this place, none of the bs that you get from the other so called local family pharmacies just up the street. They don't try to penalize you for paying with cash and don't rip you off. Hey people it's worth the effort to check them out.
